CARZIs handling of my personal information feels like a breach of trust.The entire chat with ****** occurred outside the airport premises, yet she exhibited condescending behaviour.Threats and Harassment:To my surprise, she/they then sent this threatening message below: "Youre welcome to return your vehicle and rent elsewhere if you're unsatisfied. Youll receive no refund for your reservation. However, the following has been remitted regarding your purchase and customer profile. -Restricting you from booking with us in the future as well as with any in our affiliate networks. -Reporting you to the card networks for terms of service breach. -A formal complaint has been filed on u to the *** as a problematic traveler. -Good day Further messages will go unread.
