      I drove up and this guy puts this plastic card in my face and starts to read off all the choices. I said "I can read, please don't do that." He responded "I have to because it's my job." I said then let me out of here. He refused to let me go forward or to guide me backwards so I called the police.I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager although I highly doubt it. The police came and guided me out and had a talk with this guy. It was high pressure sales and I was not up for it. He should have allowed me to exit by going forward but he wouldn't allow me to do so.

      Was told by employee that if I bought the $22 wash, I would get one month of free washes. Never said it was a membership. I saw a charge on my account for $35 and I cancelled immediately. I asked for charges to be reversed as I have never used their services and was told they do not refund and I would have had to had cancelled 7 days prior, which I would have if I had known I had a membership. Seems to be a way to rip people off. They need to state that it's not just a month of "free" washes, but in fact an a membership that is automatically charged.

      Good morning , Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on memberships cancellations should be processed at least 7 days before your next recharge date. Although we can not offer you a refund, we can offer one month free Grand Champion for 30 days

      THE TWO GIRLS HAS ALWAYS GOT SOMETHING TO SAY EVERYTIME THAT I GO IN THERE TO GET SOMETHING ARE TO USE THE BATHROOM BUT THEY LET EVERYONE ELSE DO AS THEY PLEASE.... K3

      (I have screen shots of proof plus bank info.)I canceled my membership 3/3/24. I'm billed the 8th of each month. Membership states a 5 day notice...which I did. YET, we were still charged $19.95. They're a business with alot of money. We can't just be ok with $19.95 STOLEN from our account. We were told 'no refunds per membership agreement'.

      customer was sent a copy of authorization receipt which included a signature. Our policy states that cancellations should be done 7 days before recharge date and he canceled within 5 days which is outside of our policy terms

      On September 2023, my ******* Elantra was stolen and I had to buy a new car, a ****** Kicks. I went to the car wash to update my stolen **** card in September and get a sticker for my new car. Unfortunately since October Ive been paying $19.99 twice a month, one for the Elantra and the other for the Kicks. on Sunday February 4th, I went to the car wash to clarify the mistake and the manager cancel one of the subscriptions and gave the ************* to get a refund. I called and they said they can refund or do nothing about it. They have very estrict policies about the refunds and she refuses to help me. Ive spent ************************************************************************* the companies and also the employees. Thank you for your help *************************

      Raceway car wash in ******* is unorganized and takes a long time to return calls and messages . They promised me one month of free washes and when I went they did not fulfill that promise

      Went to this establishment on 7-12-2023 & their machine broke off the top cap of my passenger side mirror. Came back the next morning when I noticed on 7-13-2023 and they found the damaged cap in the trash as well as other mirror caps (clearly a ongoing issue here..) *********************** the general manager called on 7-14-2023 & informed me that they would not remedy the situation in any way and that they were not liable because of disclaimers The law states that as a consumer you do not have to accept damage just cause you go through a car wash. Unless of course you were negligent or you have an old automobile where damages can likely occur. That being said I drive a new 2018 ****** Rav 4 and my car is in excellent condition. Out of pure principle I will be taking the issue to small claims court. I would be hesitant about taking ************* through this establishment as clearly they have an issue with damaging mirrors and will do nothing in recourse to help a consumer that was consequently damaged via their machines.

      Guest's vehicle is over 5 years old and we have not had any other damages to any other vehicles at this location. Equipment could not have caused this to come off unless the mirror had prior damage to it.

      On 3/26/23 @ 400pm I arrived at the car wash and requested a winners circle car wash, after seeing $20 sign in a white circle. The young man that wrote down the request did not verify/confirm my request, nor did he verify the PRICE of the car wash. I gave my ticket at the register and the girl ( later identified as Jasmine B***********) indicated the price for the car wash is $36.00. I informed her I requested a $20.00 car wash and I’m being charge for $36.00. I told her that the sign is deceiving. She responded with a chuckle, oh…. We get complaints all the time. I told her, the car wash should do something about that. She then responded…if you want to complain, you should complain to the MARKETING DEPT, they are the ones that made the signs as she walked out the door. Jasmine, has poor managerial skills. You don’t handle a customers complaint in that manner. She was at the register and was relieved by a young cashier in glasses. She is witness to the entire conversation. Solution……change the signs. I took pictures of the huge sign and a smaller price sign located as I entered the place if business. Also, have the person writing the ticket confirm what the customer is purchasing.

      On july 1 I took my car to get washed. And the lady that scrubbed my car with that soap stick over swung the stick and hit my windshield cracking it. I tried calling corporate. After the manager at that location didnt do nothing to assist my incident. Left many messages. Sent emails to their company email. I got NO responses from no one. And one day I decided to go for one last car wash and was told that I have been banned from getting a wash. That wasnt a issue cause I was planning on canceling anyway after that wash. So I left. Now today August 14th I been getting charged monthly for 2 cars. That equals up to 50$ To owe me. For months I was told I couldnt revive a wash. My cracked windshield is 160$ to replace.

      Any damages to a vehicle must be reported immediately upon exiting the tunnel. We will not accept responsibility for "claims" of damage after a vehicle has left the property. Liability for this claim was thus denied.
