I worked at tutor time on ******************** and I quit and I am still waiting for my CPR card I have emailed over a dozen times and I have heard nothing back and I have a new job and it is unfair to me to not give me MY STUFF that does not belong to her I have had problems with management always and I am so done with the disrespect that I am being givenInitial Complaint

My daughter was banned from daycare after I confronted the DIRECTOR about referring to my childs lips as chapped and the reason for her coming home with bursted and swollen lips. They then said it was an irritation caused my fruit but never called me. The director and her teacher laughed at my concern about the chapped lips comment then banned me and my daughter. They then proceeded to charge us $108 for one half-day of childcare. Not to mention, this was our SECOND unreported incident this month at the ******, ** location. Her resolve is to question teachers AFTER incidents and then invalidate any complaint or missed incident. After many missed incidents, it is safe to say that this center lacks effective supervision of all students. The center refuses to correct our charges and I was willing to settle instead of opening an investigation for not only child neglect and abuse, but also discrimination against students of color. After speaking with other parents, it seems that only black and brown children endure these missed incidents and abusive behaviors from other students. While black and brown students are reprimanded quickly and sternly for the same behaviors. The cost of this center is not worth the treatment and lack of academia in that building. The director is more focused on making it to the gym and out the door on time than helping to supervise.Initial Complaint

My daughter told me today the school didn't provide any water for the kids because Mrs. ******* had a day off. They have outside/inside activities and said if they were thristy they were given sink water. This is absolutely unacceptable since the school is responsible for that basic need. Ive also noticed the classroom has been looking dirty and trash is always full. My daughter started coming since she was 18months and ive never had a complain she is in kinder and this is the worst its ever been. every day this center remains to be unsanitary with odor. The back of the building has broken chairs thrown on the ground and the classrooms are constantly filthy, table never wiped down, floors never swept, windows dirty and when you walk in the building, it smells bad. School needs a deep cleaning. The school age class room is the worst with a bad pet order smell from a animal cage in the back that has not been cleaned out in years. Teachers don't watch kids as they are on their phones all day long when you come pick up your kids they don't even recognize the parents because they are on their phones.Initial Complaint

I added my child to a waiting list for preschool aged beginning of the year and still haven't been **ntacted regarding summer except there still isn't room for him. I asked for my oldest kids to be placed on a summer program list also. At the ******** location is where this happened. They didn't **ntact me back when they had 3 available spots I had to stop in because there was no **ntact made by email. Upon stopping in prices were being given to me for des and registration pricing and these prices then changed as I mention my kids are special needs. There was almost 400 registration fee. 100 a week added to the fee des pays. That's not even including my personal ** pay from des. And then alot of extra papers to fill out for them and I believe the doctor had to sign also. I'm low in**me or I wouldn't be in the des program so these charges are not appropriate for a **mpany that accepts lower in**me families. Des pays extra for special needs children from what I'm told but I'm unsure. Anyway this **mpany informed me thet had room until I toured and informed them my son isn't potty trained in which he was then on a waiting list. Any facility or business that's under the state of ******* health department licensing must accept children with special needs and not place them in a different age group because of it. However daycare seem to misinform the Public of this practice. To hide discrimination. Anyway this business needs to be aware of this practiceInitial Complaint

my 1 year old daughter was enrolled for day care at the tutor time location on ************ north *******, she was sick for 4 weeks starting in january. for all 4 weeks she was out of school i was charged automatically out of my bank account for all 4 weeks, ensuring me that her spot was still available since we were still paying the school on time every week, but when my daughter got better and we tried to take her back we were told she lost her spot due to attendance, when i asked the woman at the front desk to speak to the director she left and came back 2 seconds later claiming to have spoken with her and that i would be refunded the weeks i was charged, i dont want a refund, i want my child in daycare so my wife can go back to work, and i still have not even received the refund anyway, this was 4 weeks ago. this happened on 4/1Initial Complaint

I've been working at the tutor time on ******************************* in ** for about 1 1/2 years now. Over the past 4 months I have been working **** hour shifts with no breaks and I've asked to use the bathroom and was denied several times during my shift. I think this is very unprofessional and illegal to do to us teachers. We are always understaffed and the director after telling us we get no breaks everyday decides to order food and eat it in her office. Daughter was hired at a local TT near us and she was pretty happy with all things considered. I her mom thought I would be interested in working at the same location as I have been in childcare for over 15 years and highly qualified. The lady over this location avoids my application and calls . Tells my daughter no family members can work there. (Although a engaged couple works there) . Then come to find out the lady over this locations family member works there and asked her not to hire me. How is that ok ?Initial Complaint

6-1-22 to current ongoing. Classrooms are very unsanitary. Always garbage on the floors, classrooms have bad smells, rugs very dirty, no sanitation available. Needs health department audits
