If I could rate them a zero, I would! ****************************************** is non-professional, arrogant, and rude! ** doesn't care to listen to your needs as a patient! I have never been treated so poorly at a healthcare appointment! ** should not be a healthcare specialist. I also waited 40 minutes after my appointment time for him to tell me he couldn't do anything for me with frozen shoulder. ** wouldn't even give me a steroid shot to get me out of pain. ** said I didn't need it even thought I have been going to the Core for over a year for cortisone shots and he even previously gave me one! I left the office crying and in pain from his exam. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to get her and said IM THE DR... ** has previous complaints for the same complaints. Save yourself the time and headache and do not go here!

Not a good experience. I have a lot of knee pain. So they tried a cortisone shot which didn't help. Then they tell me I have to wait 30 days before I get another cortisone shot. The first one didn't help and I have to wait to try it again in 30 days. They said if the second one didn't help then they wanted me to call them and they will order a gel pack. I have called them 2 days in a row and they said the Doctor or assistant would call back. I still haven't heard anything from them. Their insurance staff are also bad . They billed the wrong insurance company. I gave them my card and filled out a form with my info and they still billed the wrong company. I'm thinking do I really want people like this to cut on me? Looking for another Dr

I'm so grateful to have found the CORE Institute and Dr ********************* I dealt with bone on bone pain in my knee and knew I needed the surgery. I spent one year "interviewing" orthopedic surgeons and their facilities, and none of them made me feel confident until I went to CORE. Dr.******* is an expert at what she does. The CORE Institute ****************** is specifically designed to treat my type of surgery. They have the robotic arm technology and other advanced medical equipment to assist with this type of procedure. Dr ******* was able to straighten my bowed bone so I would be able to walk straight again. My care at the hospital was outstanding. I was not in pain after surgery which was my big worry. The Anesthesiologist, Physician Assistants and Nursing Staff were attentive and accommodating to make sure I was safe and comfortable. I spent one overnight so they could continue monitoring me. I never felt rushed or neglected. They got me up that evening to go to the bathroom. I did not feel like they were marching me around like a marketing ad as one of the other surgeons at another practice did for his marketing bio. I felt safe, comfortable, well cared for and confident that all went well. My recovering has been remarkable and have less pain than before surgery. I've read many reviews when trying to find the right place. It irritates me that a person would leave feedback that would sabotage an excellent facility's rating over something like "rude receptionist." I needed real feedback regarding the doctors, facility, nursing care and recovery, all of which were excellent in my experience. I hope this review helps your decision. CORE is the place to go if you need knee replacement surgery. Good luck to you!

I paid over $2800.00 for a surgery, that THEY had to cancel because no one at the doctors office thought that MAYBE the insurance would need an X-Ray to approve the surgery. That was January 20, 2023. I was told at the time it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get that money back. But they would put a rush on it. I called yesterday 3/6/23 MORE THAN 6 weeks later and was told, they could see the credit on my account and that they would work on getting me my refund but it could take another 4 to 6 weeks. But again they would put a rush on it. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to OF COURSE a VM. Oh and to top it off ************************** MA was supposed to call in an order for an X-Ray so that I could get approval for said surgery.... I have called and left messages and still NOTHING. Took them 5 minutes to take my money and over 6 weeks later, I still have not gotten my refund. Will be calling them daily until I see the money back in my account.

My experience with the core Institute has been awful. Other than the front desk answering. The portal and who reads it does not care at all about the patient. Messages are not passed on they wanted me to come back for another appointment three months later I was still trying to get that same information from them but they couldnt find it They didnt know why it was always lost they just didnt know what they were doing. I am in a lot of pain and put up with them for six months in the runaround only to find out they didnt know why it got so messed up and this is the hospital and clinic, I was going to let touch my back and neck I dont think so. Dont waste your time if youre in pain do you wanna be there six months from now because I still am. Now only to start again with a new doctor.

I should not pay if there's no service that is resolved, if they did nothing to you,or only to tell you they are not gonna do anything about it, then there's shouldn't any charges.

My elderly mother fell and broke her hip. A doctor from the Core Institute saw her in the hospital and recommended surgery, which my mother refused. There was nothing else for the doctor to do for her. She was moved to a skilled nursing facility. The Core Institute made 2 (so far) appointments for her, which I, as her medical POA, cancelled. The insisted she be transported to their facility (in extreme pain with a broken hip), leading to a debacle where she was stuffed into a wheelchair and strapped into a van to be taken to her (cancelled) appointment. She was screaming and dry heaving from the pain, not to mention completely out of her head and incapable of understanding why she was being tortured this way. It is totally disgusting that DOCTORS would be so unscrupulous that they would put her through this agony for he money.if SHE had been the focus of their concern they would have gone to the facility.

I went to the core institute about January 15, 2022. I had a broken ankle and 7 fractures. The techican who put on my spilt, did a horrific, it was so painful and started coming undone in 3 days. I called them and they said you have to wait to your next **** in 1 and half weeks, so I did. My ankle and other side of ankle had huge bruises on it with some skin missing. They said oh thats *****.l REALLY?, I don't think so! Than the same tech put my cast on and I was told to come back for my **** in a month, but mean while the cast was banging my broken ankle back and forth and again, I had more bruises and welts all over my foot. Than the tech put me in a foot boot, I said it was too big and he said: "I know my job and how to do it". So again for another 2 months, meanwhile going to Dr **** their , my foot hurt so much, I could hardly walk and they said it is normal. So than I had another Dr. look @ it there and he fitted me w/ the core boot and this time it was my size. Two weeks later, he said your fine. I have been going through such terrible pain and complained again, so they did a MRI and said" oh you still have the 7 fractures , you need to put the boot back on for another 4-8 wks. So today I found a different sport foot DR @ Banner, told Core that they were butchers, picked up my records and will see new Dr in a week, and yes I'm still wearing my walking boot. The Core is just a Mill, be careful and don't let them fool yopu. Go w/ a Dr from Banner.
