********** is very rude and probably need to retire talking to people like she crazy and calling them liars and accusing people . She needs to be fired immediately . That company needs to be shut down effective immediately . I have talked with other companies and they was not rude and dis tasteful she hung up and my face . I hope she loses her job and never work customer service ever again .

I've got a letter stating 10% of my paycheck every paycheck I get would have a deduction my work emails me let me know this will be happening then the following 2 checks go by nothing whatsoever then finally a check that says garnishment but only for $2.27 when it's supposed to be 10% of every check which is $600 so that should be $60 then the following check nothing comes out for garnishment then the next check the word garnishment has actually disappeared from my pay stubs Nothing again is taken out then I get another check and surprise their name shows up on my paste up again but this time for $105.87 Which was more than 10% meaning more than 10% garnishment of my check so they're not even following the proper procedure of the letter I was sent by the attorney of the way they would garnish my pay checks. Expecting they were gonna garnish them when they said they were I didn't pay other bills so I would be prepared for garnishment but yet they did not garnish so that caused other problems with my bills and then they finally do garnish when I'm not expecting them and now my other bills are short they are not collecting their money by any means the way they inform me they would do this in the letter sent by their attorney. I've already have a scheduled appointment with a lawyer cause all this is provable and legal documents from my work so I am going to have my attorney handle it see if I can have my debt canceled and maybe I can collect some money from my damages. The bottom line if you're gonna collect money from me why don't you collect it in the manner that the letter that I've been sent explains how you're going to collect it because you're not collecting it by any means of what was written in that letter. If you were doing it exactly the way the letter explained I would have no complaint it all but I don't even know if you guys know what the f*** you're doing Therefore you're making a mess out of my financial life and paychecks going to my lawyer.

Ok so not only does he call us liers to make himself look good. He serve papers to miners and thinks its legal. So he refuses to give me copies of my paperwork he has, he will only give me the garnishment from his company part. He is rude an very smart mouthed I don't see how I am lying about that. BBB says we can reply but there is no place to reply so I made another one. How about you send all the paperwork you have so I can fight this fake judgment Pem has against me. And please feel free to add how I am not being truthful. Your disrespectful on the phone an in your voice-mail ?? must of been from delivering pizzas for years as you say ?? ?? so please we can go back and forth with this **** Your buisness practices are horrible you can't serve a child papers an use a fake 1 letter name an call it good. Its cute but yah not with me.

The defendant, in this case, can contact the court and get all the documents she is requesting, as for what is legal service in the ****************, I believe if I am not mistaken a person of 13 years of age, I didn't serve the papers an officer of the court served them.

well after a few calls I returned a rude guy name dons call. he refused to give me any information regarding my judgment for garnishment. or anything leading up to this. he asked if I had a lawyer an said he would speak with him. no I don't you can speak with me. I need all this information because 11k is a lot to pop out of no where from and say you garnishing my wages when I have a letter stating the company would not come after me. rude self proceeded to talk over me and tell me how long I work somewhere ;) cute super cute. trust me ill file bankruptcy before I give a ***** to this jerk or PEM CORP. SO YOU TELL ME I HAVE A GARNISHMENT THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME COPIES OF THE PAPERWORK. . I SEE WHY YOU HAVE A 1 STAR RATING LOL.. this is me *************************** requesting a copy of my file from you to be sent to my address i gave you. what ever you have the bankruptcy will need. just because your in collections don't give you the right to be rude..

Really now, for 1 im not a client ?? an yes you are the collector. But please tell me where I don't tell the truth. Remeber you said your calls are recorded correct? So that means you can provide the rude interaction you had with me correct?

this company keeps running my credit with out my consent. 3/21/21-12/2/21-2/28/22-5/4/22---- they check your credit to run your score down. I have this flagged this company as fraudulent with Experian and will also let the attorney generals office know. thank god ******** reviewed took them off my credit for free. which gave my points back, also put a free freeze on my account for a whole year. so if anyone is goin through this with this pos company then just reach out to credit they also sent it over to the other credit companies as well so they don't let him inquire any more fraudulent inquiries.

the guy *** is still doing inquires on my credit. so now i will send them TO THE ** OFFICE. THEY WERE ALREADY TOLD THEY CANT RUN INQIERIES ON CREIDT. I DONT EVEN USE THIS SOCAIL SECUIRTY NUMBER ANYMORE.
