********** is very rude and probably need to retire talking to people like she crazy and calling them liars and accusing people . She needs to be fired immediately . That company needs to be shut down effective immediately . I have talked with other companies and they was not rude and dis tasteful she hung up and my face . I hope she loses her job and never work customer service ever again .

I've got a letter stating 10% of my paycheck every paycheck I get would have a deduction my work emails me let me know this will be happening then the following 2 checks go by nothing whatsoever then finally a check that says garnishment but only for $2.27 when it's supposed to be 10% of every check which is $600 so that should be $60 then the following check nothing comes out for garnishment then the next check the word garnishment has actually disappeared from my pay stubs Nothing again is taken out then I get another check and surprise their name shows up on my paste up again but this time for $105.87 Which was more than 10% meaning more than 10% garnishment of my check so they're not even following the proper procedure of the letter I was sent by the attorney of the way they would garnish my pay checks. Expecting they were gonna garnish them when they said they were I didn't pay other bills so I would be prepared for garnishment but yet they did not garnish so that caused other problems with my bills and then they finally do garnish when I'm not expecting them and now my other bills are short they are not collecting their money by any means the way they inform me they would do this in the letter sent by their attorney. I've already have a scheduled appointment with a lawyer cause all this is provable and legal documents from my work so I am going to have my attorney handle it see if I can have my debt canceled and maybe I can collect some money from my damages. The bottom line if you're gonna collect money from me why don't you collect it in the manner that the letter that I've been sent explains how you're going to collect it because you're not collecting it by any means of what was written in that letter. If you were doing it exactly the way the letter explained I would have no complaint it all but I don't even know if you guys know what the f*** you're doing Therefore you're making a mess out of my financial life and paychecks going to my lawyer.
