    Our company engaged in CardConnect services about 5 years ago. Since then, we have saved tens of thousands in service fees that we were being charged by our bank. The platform is easy to use. Set up was quick and simple. Our consultant, Fungai, has been great to work with and checks in regularly. Any chance I get to recommend, I do so without hesitation. Very satisfied customer!

    I believe this company is not honest with their customers as they continue to add hidden fees with no consent. They do not respond or get back to you when you leave a voice mail. You have to continue to call until you can get someone to answer.I would like to warn anyone that is considering using CardConnect Paradise to reconsider and do your self a favor and go with a honest company.**** C, and **** *. were of no assistance when i reached out to them to try to get my false charges reversed.

    Absolutely incredible service. Honestly, after dealing with the endless automated menus and total lack of response from my previous card-processing company, I felt sure that CardConnect Paradise must be some kind of scam. It just seemed way too good to be true. One year later, and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. Fungai and ****** go out of their way to help me, and I have never had to "press one for operator" or endure a frustrating exchange with a robot. CardConnect Paradise's customer service is a dream: personalized, efficient, effective, and timely. Add to that the fact that they're saving me thousands of dollars in processing fees, and I'm an unspeakably satisfied customer. These guys are hands-down the best in the business.
