Absolutely incredible service. Honestly, after dealing with the endless automated menus and total lack of response from my previous card-processing company, I felt sure that CardConnect Paradise must be some kind of scam. It just seemed way too good to be true. One year later, and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. Fungai and ****** go out of their way to help me, and I have never had to "press one for operator" or endure a frustrating exchange with a robot. CardConnect Paradise's customer service is a dream: personalized, efficient, effective, and timely. Add to that the fact that they're saving me thousands of dollars in processing fees, and I'm an unspeakably satisfied customer. These guys are hands-down the best in the business.Review from Rod F

CardConnect and my representative, ***************************** are fantastic!Several years ago, ****** (the Fun Guy) contacted me and told me that he could save me money. I had heard that before, many times, so I was hesitant to share my current statements with him.After hearing his claim, I thought about it and convinced my wife to at least look at his numbers. (She's the boss, you know!)He was right! It saved me a lot of fees that everyone else tried to "hide" in the overall bill. His numbers worked, and his promises came true.If you take credit cards for your business, you owe it to your bottom line to check these guys out. Fungai can help you save money!
