On October 6, 2022, BBB requested ASAP Credit Repair to modify, substantiate, or discontinue claims on their website that read, "Guaranteed Results", "Money Back Guarantee", "Over 1200+ Reviews", and "Average Success rate of 73%". Advertisers should disclose any material limitations on a "satisfaction guarantee" or "money back guarantee" and define, for consumers, the meaning of claims such as "lifetime guarantee."
BBB's Code of Advertising 34 states, claims relating to performance and results should be backed up by reliable evidence.
