    I submitted the required courses, payment etc to ***** about a month before my credentials were due. I received an email stating that my credentials would be renewed by 9/2/2022. Today is 9/15/2022 and I checked on the ***** website and OF COURSE, credentials have not been reviewed or posted as current. ***** has become the joke of the ******************** with some ex-members reacting angrily whenever ***** is mentioned. These sentiments come from the reality that ***** is very quick to take payments but when it comes to doing their job, they don't seem to care that your employment is put in jeopardy by their ineptitude and lack of commitment to their jobs. I noticed their responses to BBB complaints are full of details excusing their poor time management. Why can't they focus the same energy and attention to detail to process the renewals? Also, the wait times on the phone seem geared towards having you listen to their commercials to attend ***** activities. After being treated this way, do I want to attend anything promoted by them? H*** NO DO YOUR JOBS ALREADY.

    Horrible company to work for. I am currently an RI employee and the director and nurse manager are extremely unprofessional. I have only been working for this company for one month, and it is very detrimental to my mental health. I brought a complaint to their attention about a supervisor being unprofessional and speaking to me rudely. The DIRECTOR told me the patients are going to talk to you worse than that. Since complaining about the behavior I have been brought into the management office multiple times about things Ive done wrong. I even brought these concerns to the attention of the HR rep, she either doesnt respond to me or tells me they will follow up with me if they have more questions. I was told I violated a social media policy by the director but asked 3 separate employees to send me the policy and nobody could. My nursing license has now been threatened by the nurse manager. Every shift I work is dreadful and I have to walk on eggshells working at this company. Very toxic environment. I am filing this review here to hopefully get the attention of someone!
