    Constantly calling from different 702 numbers stating i owe money for a credit card from 25 years ago that i never had. Threaten legal action if i dont pay. TOTAL SCAM-DONT ANSWER

    This is a false company. Everything they claim to do or say they will do never happens. All they do is pay themselves first and hold you and you accounts hostage. Never settling with the creditors

    They took $18000.00 of my money and only paid $7000.00 to my creditors and defaulted on them 4 times costing me even more money. All other accounts were not even touched after 6yrs. Terminated my contact and did better on my own with less money. Beware of these scammers.

    The was the worst thing I ever did. They let too many resolutions slip by without proper follow up. Every person I spoke with had a different answer. I would NEVER recommend them to help.

    Our family was overwhelmed by medical debts. We went to Rockwell for help. They set an amount they said would cover all our debts. I made every payment on time. They took half of what I paid in fees. Then only negotiated two of my four debts. I Ended up negotiating the other two. It was a terrble, costly experience that we are still digging out of.

    They penalize you for paying off early despite the contract you sign saying they won't. They will not make payments or withdrawal money on time. This creates more fess and penalties. I added over ******** extra dollars to settle my debts. They are now waiting for another month in order to collect more fees. Every time you call it is a different person who knows nothing about the last phone call. My program ended in February and they refuse to make a lump sum to my last creditor. They have collected over ****** in extra fees when the money was there in February to pay the creditor off. They were charging me double to cancel payments to the *** account because all the money needed to pay off the creditor was available. They were supposed to collect ****** more for fees on 6/22/2022 so I could be done with this and they did not collect the money nor did they pay my creditor. MONEY IS AVAILABLE TO SETTLE THIS(HAS BEEN SINCE FEBRUARY). Absolute nightmare. Still not over....BEWARE!!!! I have never been late on a payment to Rockwell. I paid additional money.
