            I paid $2900 for them to install braces on my son's teeth and in March 2021 my son suffered a stroke and the phoenix children hospital physician request for the office to come and remove them so my son could get an MRI. I had to wait for an approval before I could put them back on. I contacted their office and was told that he would have to pay another $2900 and start a new plan since the braces were removed. The removal of the braces was for a medical emergency in which the hospital had to argue with them to get them to come and remove the braces and now they want to charge me again for something that I couldn't prevent. At this point I just want a refund of my remaining money so I can seek another dental office for service.

            I would never recommend these scammers to any one, i changed my debit card number with them serval times and they kept billing the old card as they said which put me behind in payments and due to them their mistake they make me pay for it. Then they tell me the customer service number don't know how to do that so its like why do you have them. Or why dont they transfer the call to someone that does. And asking for the corporate number is a waste and not to mention getting any manger help, its like if you not Mexican and dont know Spanish you get no help at all, they are very rude and no help. I am completely done with this company, and do not recommend them for anything. And its the location on 75th ave ******, and not to mention my son has to keep missing school and they always act like their too busy to give me a not for school, they will cancel your appointment the day of and put it as you canceled out.
