    I used this company back in 2018 to create a logo. They failed to follow my instructions when creating the logo and now, 4 years later continually email me about someone else trying to register with my business name. The first email received was in October 2021. I initially ignored it, but then they came more frequently so I entertained a call. Similar to the other reviews, it was a call center in India that did not mention the company name upon pick up. Then immediately, they were demanding over $1400 to be paid up front to have my company name/logo that they created to be trademarked and protected against the other person. They asked that I fill out paperwork and return it and upon reviewing the paperwork there were multiple spelling errors and inconsistencies. I decided to ignore them again and now ** still receiving the same emails in regards to someone wanting my brand name. After reading reviews from others, turns out its a scam. Thankfully I did not fall into it, but logomatics needs to be shut down.
