      I made a purchase on July 16, 2024 in the amount of ****** us dollars from testoprime.com for a 5 month supply of their testosterone supplement. I did not receive the product I paid for and in turn received a high caffeine diet pill called phen q in the same amount of bottles as the intended testoprime. I have attached pictures of what I was supposed to receive and the product that I actually got. I have attached screenshots of the interactions with their supposed support team. The have failed to cancel the order per my request and have instead stopped all communication for the intended cancelation and subsequent refund.

      Rated 1 out of 5 stars This is a total **** LEAGUE outfit This is a total **** LEAGUE outfit. First, I ordered on the so-called "money back" guarantee in March 2024. The product is worthless, and I wanted to return it per their promises. After repeated email correspondence that went unanswered, I put SCATHING review up about the company. This was answered. I was given instructions on how to return the product. Namely, I was to send with a return number provided, which I did. It was acknowledged as received in the warehouse by "******." This was in early April I was told I would have my money refunded provided I also sent a copy of the shipping receipt by email to a certain address. I did that. I have pictures of ALL of this stuff. It is now May 1, and I have yet to receive my refund. I'm sure they'll come up with some BS excuse that it takes a certain number of "business days" or some such baloney. Well, I think a month is long enough. Don't say you didn't get it or I didn't do as you asked. I saved everything. This is an absolute TRAVESTY of a company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

      I started taking this product back in September of last year. I was also encouraged by their "100% money back guarantee" as a form of consumer confidence when trying a product that claims to be all natural. I never thought I would need to exercise that guarantee as I will admit I was overall happy with the product for an extended period of time. However in the last 30 days I have been to urgent care and my primary care doctor twice for elevated liver enzymes and was specifically instructed by my health provider to stop taking said product. Since I have gone off of the product my enzymes have returned to normal and overall I feel healthier and better than I had been the last month. Long term exposure to this product made me ill and put me into the doctor on multiple occasions. I have made numerous attempts to get my "100% money back guarantee" but have gotten nothing but a run around. They refunded my last order and that was all. I told them in detail about what the product did to me and was told via email in an effort of good faith they would refund "two orders". I have not received that second refund and after another follow up email with them I have now been ghosted by them all together. I want all of the money back I ever paid them simply to cover the costs I have now piled up for urgent care visits, primary care visits, and results of multiple lab tests I've had done to check my levels.

      My complaint is that the company claims a "lifetime guarantee" but when their product didn't work at all for me, they threw the fine print at me and only offered a small portion of my money back. When I purchased, I read part of the fine print...the part that showed I needed to take the product for at least 30 days. So I did that. I purchased 3 bottles (3 months worth) of pills and took them for about 2.5 months and then contacted them and asked for a refund (see below for my last few emails with them). "The best they could do" was a partial refund for ONE BOTTLE only...which I declined and said only a full refund would be acceptable, and, if not, I'd contact BBB.Yes, I understand if I had read the fine print, that their wouldn't be an issue right now.       Date of transaction is September 7, 2022. Amount is $179.99. Order number: ***** Company has a return policy which I followed. RMA # is ******* **** confirmed delivery and at that time I did discard the tracking information. Company confirmed receipt and when I had not received any refund I reached out. Company then indicated "we never received return." My desire is for a refund in the amount allowed by the company which is the number of unopened bottles, which was 4.

      I called TestoPrime Customer Support on 11/21/22 and was advised I had to send email requesting an **** and picture of the product dates on the bottle. As of 11/25/22 I still had not received the **** and again contacted TestoPrime's customer service regarding returning unopened product per their 100% satisfaction guarantee with full refund. Per email received from ****** with TestoPrime Customer Support, I returned the 2 unopened bottles per *********** to the address provided: Supplement Shippers/TestoPrime ************************************************************ for a full refund. Per *** tracking number 1z294e590349372415 item was delivered 11/30/22. Confirmation email was received on 11/30/22 from Supplement Shippers confirming return received on order# ******* and if a refund is due, we'll be notified shortly. Per website and the email from TestoPrime Customer Support, refund will be given. However as of 12/3/22 no refund of the $107.99 purchase price has been refunded.I reached out by email again on 12/2/22 and received no response. I called the customer service number ************ per the website & was placed on hold for 13 minutes before being disconnected.The unprofessional customer service & lack of processing the refund is absolutely ridiculous. I believe this company is a scam and taking people's money. I am due a refund in full and have not received it.I have attached the emails confirming eligibility for refund and receipt of the return (which I had to pay return shipping for), as well as a screen shot from their website of the 100% money back guarantee. I am due a refund immediately of the $107.99 purchase price.

      I purchased this product with the impression that it was 100 percent money back guarantee. I started to have stomach issues while taking product. I then laid out of pocket to ship back to receive my refund. They then denied my refund and have not gotten back to me.

      Hello, my complaint is against TestoPrime, a health supplement company. I purchased the health supplement on 6/19/2021, Order #****, with the total amount spent of $179.99. Prior to purchase, I was assured there was a 'lifetime money back guarantee', which is also stated on their website. After trying the product for 30 days, I was experiencing adverse stomach reactions, which I also notified TestoPrime. At the time, they instructed me to return the bottles and also explained that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. Although they are located in Phoenix, AZ, they instructed me to ship the bottles to the United Kingdom, which in retrospect, deters customers from returning their product because of the high shipping costs. I felt so strongly against their defective product, I paid the cost of shipping and returned the bottles with a tracking number. Checking that they received the bottles and have not heard back from TestoPrime, I had to contact them to check on the status of the refund which they promised at both the time of order and their website, where they denied my refund request multiple times. I attempted to contact and request my full refund a total of 8 times before filing my complaint with the BBB. I now understand why they claim such a high satisfaction rate, is that they deny refunds to their customers. Please help with resolving my full refund as I truly believe this company is a complete fraud. Thank you in advance for your assistance. ****** ***
