              I started working with this company in August of 2021 and have had problem after problem with them that has been drawn out over time. After they installed the solar panels on our house they broke a lot of roof tiles that I asked them to come replace. They have come out three separate times to replace tiles and each time they said they replaced them all but didn't. I finally called a professional roofer that came out and replaced all the tiles that were broke and patched a hole that was created during the installation of the solar panels. I've contacted the solar company to reimburse me for the cost of the professional roofer I hired since it was something they couldn't complete correctly, and they've never gotten back to me. I've been very patient with Bright solar, but I just want to get this done already.
