    I wish I could give this company 0 stars. DO NOT USE THEM!! Our neighbors house burned down in July of 2022, which resulted in our siding getting completely melted. All they needed to do was replace the siding, paint some doors, replace a light and the a/c unit. It took them 4 months to come out and replace the siding which they completed in October of 2022. Since then we have reached out by email, phone, text, voicemail, website customers support forms, etc and have yet to hear back on when they will be completing the other half of the job.Today we received a package in the mail from them (after almost 1.5 years!!!) saying that we havent paid the invoice so theyre sending us to collections. We have reached out countless times trying to at least get an invoice and never received one until now. They previously communicated with my husband through email and phone call so they know his email, number, and where we live, yet NEVER sent us anything.To say we are irate is putting it lightly. How DARE you threaten us with collections when you NEVER finished the job, NEVER responded to us in any form, AND NEVER sent us an invoice. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A JOKE. I never write reviews like this but I am absolutely livid. Maybe well actually get a response this time ??

    Belfor is a thief, they pad their estimates for more money by hiding and adding miscellaneous charges for things they never did. They are dishonest and deceiving and they dont care. They tried to bill our insurance ********* for tape and texture drywall repairs from wind damage that took the subcontracted workers 4.5 hours.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    Highly do not recommend using this company. Our issues with flooding in our basement occurred ALMOST A YEAR AGO. We have yet to receive the thousands of dollars in insurance money owed to us for the jobs they didnt finish and the carpet we had to purchase (because of the incredibly unorganized untimely work). If they filed a claim to our insurance incorrectly, I am so incredibly confused to why we are suffering. My husband calls twice weekly with ZERO RESOLUTION. Combined with the incredible SLOW process, lack of communication during the process this is just my final frustration. Save yourself a huge headache and use another company. Side note- the work is awful period. Might as well kept the water and opened a pool.

    If we could rate these people a -10, we would. Do NOT use! We recently experienced water damage to three of our rooms from a failed water heater. The original estimate written by *************************, we felt was thorough and we trusted that our questions would continue to be answered as we proceeded with scheduling the repairs. Upon meeting with *********************, he is about as unprofessional as they come. He has refused to modify our estimate to reflect the services actually performed thus far by Belfor and had the audacity to submit a supplement to our insurance company for work NOT performed. It has been well over 8 days since I wrote to him with ZERO communication back. Lucky for us, all of the insurance monies are mailed to my home directly and these people won't see a dime until they rectify our costs reflecting the accuracy of what has been repaired. We have since fired them and will finish our repairs with a more reputable company.Unprofessional Messy work Un ethical DO NOT USE!!!
