    Zero stars would be my choice. Placed a $500 order 2 months ago, never received anything. They don't answer phones or emails. I guess this company is a scam. Had to file a claim with my CC company.

    Order has been refunded. Spoke with customer today 4-3-2024 I am the owner and operator. Due to health related issues was unable to provide this to the client. I will add that it was not two months. The order was place 2-20-24 Also the customer stating SCAM has received other items from us in the past with no issue. So let us please keep things in context.     I received a damaged bar rail in the package I ordered. When I contacted the customer service number, I got a text asking me to send an email photos of damage to an alt email address so they could file a claim with ****** and was offered a discount to keep the damaged item and point it on the underside. It was dinged in 2 spots, so when sending photos I asked for replacement. I have not gotten any further response to multiple emails, text messages, and phone calls. The package arrived fine, so I suspect they are trying to move damaged inventory offering discounts once item arrives to placate...and are avoiding me because I want a replacement. (The website currently lists only 5 are left in stock of the bar I need.) PLUS it sounds like they might be trying to get money from ****** if they are indeed using the photos to file a claim with them. I might be calling them next to confirm my package arrived without looking like it had been damaged in transit, if a claim was indeed filed. After seeing the review below, I am no longer giving the benefit of the doubt that a small business is having staffing issues. My bad on not researching this store better before ordering from them!

    Not our policy to report a damages to our carrier. I can be sued for that. Also, you waited 9 days from the date of delivery to report the damage. If you look closely on the packing slip.

    PLEASE REPORT ANY DAMAGES OR DISCREPANCIES WITHIN 48 HOURS. You could have dropped it for all I know. 

    All the rest of your complaint is just babble. If people would praise as much as complain we would be in a better place.

    I even asked you if you would prefer a discount of nearly half if the dings (which are barely visible.) 

    If this were are court all of your claims would be misleading and skepticism. But thank you for taking the time to report it.

    I am a local business owner in the ******* Keys. I needed to purchase footrails for a project and found the footrail store online. They had fair pricing and showed the products in stock. I went ahead and placed the order in September 2022. After many calls, emails, and voicemails I finally was able to get ahold of someone in Late November who told me the order was still in fabrication due to is***s with the supply chain. At first, I was just a bit annoyed that it took a few months to obtain this information considering I thought all the material were in stock. A few weeks later I obtained a box of brackets that was poorly packaged. It took me an additional three months before I was able to reach anyone with weekly, and sometimes daily calls and emails. I still have not received the rails and I have no longer been able to reach anyone. This company is a scam. They took my money and never shipped the product. If I wasn't a small business owner and had enough money, I would *** this company for my loss.
