I'm not sure if they went out of business or what. I've got three calls into them they won't return my call. The broker I was working with last had me venmo him money for shipping, which I thought was a bit strange but I've done business with them before so I didn't think much of it. Pretty sure they just scammed me out of $50 and are no longer operating. They won't return any of my last three voicemails, and the email address I've used many times with that broker is now bouncing. I would not recommend doing any business with them right now there is certainly Shady activity if they're even still in operation.

This company took an order for Gold from me and I paid $19,600 and theyve now told me my order has been canceled by the supplier and I am now waiting for a refund. This seems very unprofessional, and not very legitimate to me.

We recently rolled over a *** with them. The process was easy and the staff was helpful. Fast forward a couple months and we receive notice from the depository where the metals are held that Midas Gold has filed bankruptcy. Upon looking into the matter we discovered that Midas Gold never deposited the metals into our account! I am just sick to my stomach knowing that we will be lucky to get back a fraction of what is owed to us. My wife and I have worked hard and just wanted to protect our nest egg from a potential market correction. We are now left with worry and regret for our decision to use Midas Gold.

I worked at Midas Gold Group, they currently are in bankruptcy and have looted millions of dollars from people's retirement accounts. They have stolen the entire life savings of seniors. The owners are *********************, *************************, and *************************. These people belong in prison, and have no business handling anyone's money. Run to the hills.

They owe me over *******. Do not use this company Overview Midas Gold Group, LLC has filed an emergency motion requesting the court's authorization to pay pre-petition wages and other compensation. This motion is crucial for the company as it navigates Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. The primary aim is to ensure employee morale and retention during this transitional period. Background Midas Gold Group, LLC, initially organized as *** **** ********* *** in 2010, rebranded in 2018 to its current name. The company is primarily involved in the retail sale of gold and precious metals. The ownership structure includes *** ******* ****** ***, with *********************, *************************, and ************************* holding equal shares and serving as Vice-Presidents of the company.****** ********* The motion seeks permission to pay pre-petition wages, salaries, and other compensation to approximately seven employees, including key personnel like officers and managers. The next payroll is due on June 14, 2024, covering the period from June 8, 2024, to June 14, 2024, with an estimated total of $11,919.The company emphasizes that all requested payments are within the priority amount set by the Bankruptcy Code, ensuring compliance with legal limits. The goal is to prevent any disruption in the payroll process, which could lead to significant personal hardships for the employees and jeopardize the company's operational stability.Basis for Relief The motion is grounded in sections 105(a) and 366 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. It argues that the payment of pre-petition wages is essential for maintaining a stable and motivated workforce, which is critical for the company's reorganization efforts. The "necessity of payment doctrine" is cited to justify these payments, highlighting their importance in preserving the value of the estate and supporting the debtors business continuity.

I started my metals *** through Midas a couple years ago. It was a mixture of gold and silver with the entirety of the silver being specified as 1 oz Buffalo Rounds. I noticed last year that my holdings (with Kingdom Trust) showed a variety of different "accredited" silver rounds. I contacted Midas and was told it would be taken care of. I have the invoice showing all Buffalo Rounds, as did Midas. I just took my final distribution, of the remaining silver, from the *** (every one painfully slow) via Digital Trust, formerly Choice, formerly Kingdom Trust. The shipment arrived just minutes ago, a long six plus weeks after initiation, and I received FOUR Silver Buffalo rounds only. The balance are all another 1 oz silver round. Providing what is invoiced should not be that hard, despite two other entities (Kingdom Trust and Delaware Depository) being involved yet after 2 subsequent attempts is still was not done. The last attempt, after which I was assured by Midas that everything was done, took 2 or 3 weeks despite Midas having holdings at ******** as well as my holding being stored there. This swap should have really only been a journal entry yet took more time than I would have expected but then everything I have done with this metals *** has taken far longer than seems appropriate or necessary. My advice is to avoid any metals ***s and just but the metals outright. I wish I had.

It took 2weeks for Midas to receive my check.. After that I was told I would be sent an invoice and would take another week "to clear", and then my gold shipped. It's been 2 months since this started. I called a week ago and was told it would be taken care of.. *** even an invoice.

We have had a great experience at Midas Gold Group this past year! We worked with *** in ************* and ******* in *******. They were both excellent to work with. They were very knowledgeable, kind and patient with all our questions. They have great customer service and we would highly recommend them to anyone in search of precious metals.
