I purchased a slab door and hired Ace Handyman to install it. They installed in incorrectly upside down, and refuse to resolve this. I have asked for a refund of $323 to cover the door cost. They refused. They refuse any resolution and will not respond back to me. I have spent $915 with several hours paid to Ace Handyman and they will not warranty their work and fix the door they installed incorrectly. They need to refund me $915 for the hours in total and door cost. They won't even communicate with me. Please help.

I have contacted the customer directly and have come up with a solution to resolve this complaint. We are scheduled to go back and install a new door for this customer on July 31st.
