    This company is operating a scam and using the name BetrHealth. I only know this because I got a letter from my insurance stating that Solera *** was billing them for $430. I had never heard of this company and no services were rendered. Not even a phone consultation. They will not answer their business phone or return calls. I have left over 5 messages. I will not be letting my insurance be scammed for this and I will not be letting this go to collections because the company refuses to answer the phone and properly resolve this issue.

    Thank you for your recent request for review. We have had the opportunity to research ****************** case.  
    Solera contracts directly with insurance companies and employer groups to provide our members with access to a select network of options that *** help them on their health journey. 
    When participants sign up for a program, they take a quiz and are matched with a health option available to them, covered by their insurance company.  Betr Health is one of our network partners whom we work with.  **************** signed up and enrolled in Betr Health; however, we discovered the program was not a covered benefit for him.  **************** has since been disenrolled.  Solera adjusted the balance to zero and the member was not assigned any out of pocket liability.  The participants plan did not make a payment.  Solera billed this program to his insurance company which is why the member sees our company name on their explanation of benefits.  Please let us know if you need any additional information.  We are happy to discuss this further with ****************.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
