      I have an account on automatic payment with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I noticed on December 31 a deduction of $1269 that was taken on the 30th. My payment is $169 with the remainder on government subsidy. I contacted them immediately on the 31st and it took me over an hour of dealing with their service department before I got any answers as to why. They told me it was a glitch in their system and that it would take 8 to 10 days to reverse the transaction. I said that was unacceptable and their response was that they would expedite the case. I checked my account again on January 3 and it had not been corrected. I called them once again and they said that it should be done by Monday or Tuesday because of the weekend coming up. Today on the eighth. I checked my account again and it still wasnt done, after talking to them a third time they said it should be done by Friday the 10th. I dont know what expedite means to them, but apparently Its means business as usual. Its been eight days now and I still havent seen the correction for over $1000. Their customer service and response time is appalling.! It has taken three phone calls 2 1/2 hours of my time and I still have not seen the problem resolved.

      If I could give zero stars I would. The web portal administration is under serving this companys client base. Communication between internal teams and clients provides for a dismissive, invalidating, and un compassionate experience.

      Rewards program is 100% a joke and a scam, I have ****** in rewards since January 2024 and not one card has been sent out! Evey week I'm told that a new card was sent out but in fact they haven't. Was told today no card was sent out but it's stuck in pending with no reason why. I'm so done with this company and the lies week after week. If you are not going to honor the rewards program, then you need to shut it down!

      I got a blood work order from a ****** ordering Dr. ** is an in network Dr. I got my blood work done where I always do (In network) on Sept 19th 2023 in AZ. Arizona sent it to ****** BCBS they BOTH denied it and they both are placing blame on one another. ****** BCBS CONSTANTLY hangs up on me and will NOT help me whatsoever because I dont have a ****** BCBS number, umm that's because I have AZ Bluecross??? I ask for a supervisor, I get told no, I get hung up on EVERY TIME. My blood work should be completely covered, period.. Now get to pay ANOTHER 2386$ *** of pocket on top of my deductible and my biweekly payment! They are continually trying to get out of paying for what ever it is they can get away with. It is wrong in many different ways ?? ??

      I am a provider getting a denial for lack of tax ID when we have been BCBS in network providers for 13 years!!! TWO calls for over an hour on this and I can't even speak to a supervisor. This is absurd!!!

      I cancelled my insurance policy, and when I did, I was assured they shut off my automatic payments to prevent future payments from coming out. BCBS cancelled my policy effective Jan. 1st of this year, but they lied about turning off auto pay and still took $355.00 out of my account today. That should have never happened, and I would like my money back.

      10/16 I sent my dental to be on auto bill since march 2023, every time they say it needs a month to process and then 2 months and now we are in October and I still get mail bill, I did fill a form for the auto bank draft, its really frustrating when no one is resolving it

      It has been extremely difficult just to get a PCP I have called 3 different providers on their website that stated "In-Network" and when I would call to schedule an appointment the provider would call me right back and say "We do not accept your insurance" so how are they in network but don't accept BCBS AZ??? then I decided to call BCBS AZ directly for help finding another PCP ******* was nice over the phone but the 3 providers she gave me were either OBGYN, Homebound PCP (Not accepted) or not a PCP. so I decided to call a 7th person on their website and the provider didn't even exist. On the 8th try I hope I found a PCP

      BCBS AZ is deliberately denying pre-authorizations for diabetic patients on Mounjaro when they are two months into the regiment when they did cover some of the cost! Their explanation is I did not meet all of their "criteria." When the denial letter came, I met every one. Type 2 diabetic diagnosis. 7.2 A1C. Previously tried Metformin and Jardiance. Also diagnosed with cardiovascular disease. Bottom line is they don't want to pay for this costly but effective medicine, but to deprive patients of it when they are already two months in seems like a crime to me!

      Zero Stars!We have been trying to cancel our BCBSAZ Dental for months but they are not even capable of answering the phone. We put in writing our request and continue to receive monthly bills. If you are lucky enough to get a rep on the phone, you will be transferred numerous times, to the point of nobody answering. *********** tells ** that BCBSAZ is the least favorite insurance to work with. I was just transferred 5X but then assisted by ******* at BCBSAZ ******* Services) who really knew what she was doing! She said that currently customers have an old member ID and a new member ID, thus confusion. Their customer service reps are currently working off of the old system. Also, a lot of the reps are new so don't expect much help.
