    I ordered 100 of item number ********. Initially only 1 single item was sent. When contacted, additional items were sent but only 60. 39 of the item are still delinquent. The quality control on delivered items does not meet any reasonable standard.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    I ordered an orthopedic shoe 2 Day priority mail for an extra $39.00. When I didn't receive product by now the 4th day. Their response over the phone was as follows:"We can't help that the post office was closed for the weekend". No refunded shipping ! $39.00 lost and I still do not have the shoe .

    "Expedited orders must be placed before 1PM Eastern Time to be shipped the same day. We do not ship or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day."

    This order was placed at 9:47 PM EST on Friday 7/21. As promised, the order was shipped *** 2nd Day Air on Monday 7/24 and is being delivered on Wednesday 7/26 - *** tracking number 1Z817EV90250636101.

    I placed an order on Healthykin website on 10/13/2022 and noticed an error message on 10/14/2022 that indicated my order was not completed. The product is for my disabled daughter and needed expeditiously so I placed another order and then saw it was a duplicate. There is no phone number to call so I sent an email and called my bank to stop the payment. I received a terse email back from *** at Healthykin saying the order will be shipped and I have to return it (and pay shipping) and be reported to credit bureau for stopping the charge.

    You placed two orders. No errors on our end. Orders cannot be cancelled. Return instructions provided.
