My appointment was on July 5th. An ad for $995 brought me in. Had I known it would be like a used car purchasing experience, I never would've bothered going.I had the hearing test, and of course the ones I liked and wanted were the most expensive $7k +. I initially provided a ****. dep, and within 24 hrs called and cancelled.The tech (*******) that helped me, replied with a voice-mail asking, for me to call him so we could, "figure out a solution that's best for everyone." Best for, "EVERYONE", not with my money!I was then told I couldn't have a refund without an appointment to sign a cancellation It's an hour ride each way).I got off work early, drove all the way out there and ******* had a home visit so couldn't see me!! He said he couldn't email the cancellation or Docu sign electronically. He made it really difficult, and to shorten a long story, here is I'd September 19th, and they still have not refunded my $**** deposit!!Business response
