I LOVE 360 community mgmt. They are so helpful. Im a senior who bought a retirement condo and I never had a HOA before. I was told horror stories and I was really apprehensive on buying with a HOA. Hey, as long as you follow the rules, what is the big deal? I have no problems with 360 community management and every challenge I find at my condo at Mariposa they solve. I recommend all my new friends at 360 Community Management to any HOA they manage. Hello to ****** the problem solver. Hello to ****** **************. Hello to ****** who came to MY condo to bring me a replacement FOB. *** the phone guy. Lastly, ****** the cute, site guy. :)360 Community Management LLC

Worst management company in the history of HOAs! I once thought the company was disorganized and had kinks in their communication. It is evident that they just do not care about their members, safety, pride, or integrity. I had a roof leak that caused SEVERE interior damage. I notified them, daily, with updates. From one little dribble, until 8 months later having to replace walls and floors. It took 6 months to have a contractor come out and take a look. I was promised they would address the damage caused by ignoring the roof leak. Then I was sent the **** and put back in the ignore pile. I was financially responsible for thousands of dollars in repairs. Repairs that could have been avoided, had they addressed the roof within a timely manner. There are several safety issues and repairs that are in that same "ignore" pile. Landscaping broke my window. One month of harassing them, i finally got the manager on the phone. Another refusal from 360 Landscaping. I hate this place. Being a homeowner here is the worst life decision I've ever made360 Community Management LLC

Thank you ******* for your feedback. We were grateful that your husband joined the board after this and was able to see that the Association was in a difficult position with their finances and could not redo your roof in the timeline you expected. There were repairs made, but unfortunately additional roof issues arose. With the help of your husband on the board, the *** was able to pass a special assessment to begin being able to do roof repairs. You have since sold your unit and we again appreciate you and your husbands support to assist the board in helping to bring the community to a healthier financial position.Review fromJIM E

Hello ***, I believe you might have posted on the wrong company. In searching through our past and present homeowner accounts, nothing shows up under your name or your email address.Review fromMister A

Negligent, incompetent and unprofessional service from 360 Property Management. Make no mistake, it is intentional and their M.O. is to ignore you until you go away. They should have their license revoked. I suggest complaining with the ********************** too.360 Community Management LLC

Hi *****, it appears you are writing about a separate company. There is a 360 Property Management who is licensed as a real estate rental agency for individual property management. They are a completely separate entity.Review fromRaschell S.

WORST company ever! The grounds are a health risk and hazardous! Absolutely no communication despite numerous emails text and phone calls. Electrical fires due to not maintaining , no electricity for 2 weeks!!! air conditioning Not working for several days twice in the last nine months that I have lived here. Property is disgusting with peeling paint rotting stairs and beams, trash everywhere, wires hanging off of walls. No updates on board meetings- and for this I pay $630 a month????Raschell S.

This community is with another management company now, and 2 and 1/2 years later the community appears to still be on a generator for electric. This electrical issue was caused by an overloading of the original electrical system due to owners adding higher amperage items, including appliance upgrades in owners' units. There was an electrical fire at the main when the electrician replaced the old breaker, which is what caused the issue of 1/2 the community having to be put on a generator. Even though this was an awful issue, this had nothing to do with the management company. When we took on the management of the community, you are right, the place was a mess. We were able to bring in almost an additional $85k and helped to secure an HOA loan so that the community could repaint.360 Community Management LLC
