    Some of your customer service people are very rude and nasty. We generally stay at the hilton because of this interaction. I am diamond at both hilton and best western. What a difference with cs ****

    Best western in ********* on the turnpike is trash they kick us out due to my baby crying staff is rude and they let a old guy keep complaining saying we was making noise when my baby was just crying they are rude and I would never suggest that hotel to nobody

    I am at Best Western ************** in ******** and am very happy I chose this hotel as a home away from home for the several weeks I will be working in this city. The rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel is quiet, the location is good and the price is right. There is a full hot breakfast each morning and a very adequate gym for exercise. It is easy to take public transport to the university, where I am working. Best of all are the pleasant staff. ******* has been particularly helpful and made me feel most welcome.

    As soon as I walked in, we were greeted with the most unwelcoming front desk manager, ******. My family and I were visiting on a weekend getaway for our moms birthdays and asked for connecting rooms at booking. My cousin mentioned this when we checked in ****** practically snapped at us regarding this request. Then she charged my card for their reservation suggesting I Just zelle them to make up for the difference to avoid ****** from having to correct it on her end, we went up to our room waited a good 30 minutes for the room to cool down. It was 117 in Phx room wasnt cooling down so I called the front office. ****** said we can go down to get keys for a different rm. keys wouldnt work and theres beer cans in front of the door and I thought maybe someone was in that room and she messed up I called again letting her know that the keys didnt work and asked for someone to run up keys that do work thats when she snapped at me screaming WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO I AM THE ONLY ONE DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW I CANT JUST TAKE YOU KEYS!. She did not have to respond that way she completely lost it I asked to speak to a manager. Thats when she told me she was the manager. I advised that I would be asking for a credit or reimbursement on the rm she told me no she will not be doing that because shes doing everything she can to the best of her ability to rectify the situation that we need to run down there to get the keys and if we didnt like it then we can check out and go stay somewhere else Maybe if they would change the air filters in the rm we would never had run into this problem mind you we were in three different rooms and not one of them worked. Eventually was then moved again Same issue There were bugs on the floors hair still on the wall Handle to the bathroom shower was falling apart broken windows we ended up checking out hours later didnt even complete our stay. We drove two hours back to ****** at 11:30 at night

    We stayed at a Best Western in *********** on 6/15/24 after attending a wedding at their party Venue. The rooms were $259.00 per nite+ tax. The bathroom in our room looked like something out of the 1960s. The toilet bowl was very very low and we are seniors with bad knees. Trying to get up and down was very difficult. The tile in the shower was old and the grout was falling out in spots. The sink would not drain properly either. The icing on the cake was the disgusting very dirty filters in the very outdated noisy air conditioner. When we left I mentioned it to the guy at the desk,he said thank you will take care or it right away. I doubt anything will be done,but I did leave the filthy thing on the desk for the maid.

    The reservation agent took my reservation and I thought all was fine. Then I looked at the confirmation email. He made the reservation for that day instead of the date requested. The reservation was non-refundable and the money was taken out of my account. Not only did he make it for the wrong date, he charged more than was quoted for the room. Now I have to fight to get my money returned because I am being told i did not use the reservation I had made.

    I paid extra for their "reservation insurance" which I thought that it would take care of any cancellation that might be needed and it was. I needed to change the location of our stay to a different Best Western but they told me that they could not do that, they could only cancel my reservation and I would be out the $600. If there were a zero-star review that is what Best Western Stevenville should get.

    Best western *******, has the worst customer service! I accidentally booked a room for the wrong night. First they couldnt move my booking to the correct night, nor would they give me a refund, so the stole 95.00$. They did offer me an opportunity to book for the correct night at the discounted rate of *****. What a bunch of crooks. Will never stay at another Best Western again.

    I had a problem with a best western Indian oak hotel and the best western corp was as bad as the hotel they never emailed me back after several complaints were sent and refused to refund my money.

    We were evacuated due to Hurricane ***. I made a reservation through Expedia for two pet-friendly rooms. Just prior to arriving I called the hotel and was told that no pet-friendly rooms were available. I explained the situation to no avail. We could not find any vacancies due to the hurricane and had to sleep in our car for two nights.When we returned home, I saw that we were charged for the rooms, even though Best Western turned us away. I called the property and spoke to **** who was very rude. He told me it wasnt his problem and to take it up with Expedia.The Expedia rep let me know that the hotel had to approve the refund. He put me on hold while he talked to Beat Western (BW). When he returned to the line, he told me that BW refused to approve the refund.I explained that we didnt cancel this reservation and that BW refused us a room.The rep put me on hold while he contacted BW and then came back on the line saying they again refused. He had spoken to *********I asked the rep to hold while I called BW from my husbands phone. I again got ****. He called the Expedia rep a liar, and told me since he talked to me already he was not going to take my calls again. I asked for the manager and was told the ** was not there.Since I had the Expedia rep on the other phone, I put both phones on speaker to create a three way conversation. **** continued to be extremely rude. He was nasty with the Expedia rep, stated that he would not refund my money, and said these things were never handled over the home. He refused to tell me the **s name, told me that he was not wasting anymore time on me, and said to take it up with my credit card company. I will NEVER use Best Western again. This behavior was so unprofessional and downright mean.
