These people are scum i ended up changing my life insurance to something i could afford and i asked to terminate my policy but they will not refund what i have paid so in other words they suckerd me out of ****** dollars an if i wer to pass it would on pay out 3.00 for my children which is bs they did the same thing to my father he paid ****** and all we received was 2.16 cents I dont understand how they can do this i am retired and for a whole year i paid on time n for me not even to be covered is insane i will continue fighting for whats mine there scum bags and rip offs and abuse people from there money

Well Yesterday at about after 5pm young Gentleman know my back kitchen door so l ask him what he needs he said who from had note book and then he had Guess said my name l don't do business like that with all the scram now say don't make appointment then don't knock on my door trouble customer service l see another one she was worse than me she let him inLincoln Heritage Funeral Advantage

I wish I could not leave any stars.Very pushy man came to my door saying I sent in a request for information.I asked to see the form and I told him I never sent that. He kept arguing with me,wanting to come in and talk to **** am a 66 year old disabled woman and I went outside and closed my door to talk to him .The whole time my dogs were going nuts,which is unusual for them.The man made me very uncomfortable and A few times I said I wasn't interested because I never filled out that sheet he had.Especially when I saw the phone number that was supposed to be ******* was a number that I haven't had in over 5 years.I asked him why you just come here and not call,and he said because it is policy to just go to the houses.They go to elderly people homes to take advantage of them. He only left(after telling him not interested 5 x)and after my son came out and opened the door and he saw and heard my dogs.that was 2 weeks ago.Yesterday I got a letter telling me someone would come and talk to me.There was no contact number on the letter or a name of who was coming.Crappy way to do business.If they send someone else to my home,I will call the police .Lincoln Heritage Funeral Advantage

I requested information from this company. Today I had a knock at my door. I opened my door to find a representative of this company ( an imposing young man) with my screen door open and a foot in my doorway. He barely identified who he was with. I read it on his shirt. He was was VERY pushy & rude about coming in immediately to discuss their products. When he moved forward to get totally in I said "Get out ! I want you to leave immediately ! You are scaring me !! Go...now...I am feeling scared !!" I closed my door which wouldn't close until he moved his foot out of my doorway !!! And I immediately locked it !!! He's **** lucky I didn't call the police. You people sell insurance to elderly people and THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT ? REALLY !! In past years your parent companies were better than that, WAY BETTER than that !! In all my years I have never been so frightened upon answering my door !!!Lincoln Heritage Funeral Advantage

As a contractor with this company, you end up loosing. Receive advances that need to be paid back. You have to pay for the leads even if the potential customer doesn't want the policy, you still have to pay.Lincoln Heritage Funeral Advantage

By far the best company Ive ever worked with. Every department I call is so friendly, energetic and very engaging in any concerns that we may have. As a policy holder my self, I find that the funeral advantage and what they do for families on possibly the worst day of someones life, a god send. Ive never heard of another company that will actually be there for families to help guide them through the process of a loved one passing away. On top of that, the claim approval is paid with 24 hours! Unbelievably helpful in those times. Everyone needs a professional to help with funeral planning when you arent grasping reality of loosing someone you love. Lincoln heritage will be there to hold my families hand when I no longer can.
