      We have had a horrible experience with California Closets. Terrible communication, significant delays without any follow up from the company, facts misrepresented. They installed a half completed project without telling us they didn't have any of the doors, and things just got worse from there. Would strongly discourage anyone from even considering them as an option.

      The customers installation took place in November of 2022 at which time there was a delay in receiving the doors for the system and temporary doors were installed. The local office communicated the delay to the customer upon installation and have noted two follow-*** via email, once in May 2023 and August 2023. In August 2023, the customer was informed that the doors had arrived, but the customer requested that the system be taken down instead and asked for a full refund. The local office offered a discount for the inconvenience but would not take down the system or issue a full refund; there is no response recorded from the customer. In February 2024, the customer reached out with the same request, at which point the local office offered to clear the existing balance and leave the system as is if the customer no longer wanted the doors. In March 2024, the customer reached out to the ************* Team to submit a complaint which was communicated to the local office. The customer would like a 100% refund and removal of the existing system. The local office maintains its two original offers of installing the doors at a discounted rate or clearing the balance without removal of the system and no full refund. The local office has been made aware of this review and the last communication with the customer on this matter was recorded on March 28, 2024.
