Refund and Exchange Policy
D. Refunds
    1.   If a case is completed and a retainer remains, the client will be refunded the remaining retainer within 30
          days.
    2.   If a case is incomplete and the client elects to stop services while a retainer remains, the client must request
          the refund of the remaining retainer in writing.  All fees collected for advocacy or investigation time rendered,
          will not be refunded.
    3.   In the event that a refund has been requested, the administrative office will make a determination of validity
          of the refund within 10 days and will refund any monies due within 30 days.  If the refund requested is not
          valid, the administrative office will send notification to the requester within 30 days.
    4.   Refunds will be paid directly to the individual or entity that paid the original fee.

E.  Late Fees and Breach of Agreement

     1.  In the event that a client is late on payment, a late fee of 5% of the total bill will apply and accumulate for
          each month the payment is late. 
     2.  In the event of a breach of service agreement, the client must render all monies due to avoid legal action.
