      On 6/3/2022 I set up a payment for 6/6/2022 for my 6/15/2022 payment with the location at *********************************************************************. The payment was taken out today 6/4/2022. I called my bank and was advised ******* should be able to reverse the payment. I called Cash 1 and spoke to ***** the manager. I asked her why payment taken early and to reverse the charge. She said the system searches for available funds and can take them at any time before the specific date and charges cannot be reversed. Since the system took the funds early I need to make another payment 6/15/2022. Is any of this legal???? I have had issues with them taking payments early before. I also set up no overdraft on my checking account because of them but US Bank said somehow they found a way to push the payment through, i think this needs to be sent to a regulatory commission.

      Though ************** authorized automatic payments, as a courtesy we have refunded the payment in question, and also revoked her Optional Electronic Payment Authorization, preventing further automatic payments without her re-authorization.

      I have attempted to make a payment several times to resolve this account, and have no issues paying bills from this account with any other company. Cash 1 seems to have all the problems in the world taking my payment, from the account is closed to whatever other ridiculous excuse they want to use. The money for this payment has been readily available in this account for two weeks, yet I keep receiving emails threatening legal action. This company is fraudulent, and having trouble taking my payment even though the money is there? Yeah right. They keep trying to force me to give them my debit card number which I am not going to do. Take the money like any other company does via the account number I gave you. you do not need access to my debit card so you can try to charge it anytime you please like you've done previously. This company is fraudulent!

      Happen today May 28th ***************** day weekend. I applied for a title loan.I was APPROVED and have all digital copies of the agreements and not 1 of them say it's PRE-APPROVAL ONLY, they are agreements and it's all dated and signed and they even tried to debit **** cents out of my checking THEY say to see if my Checking account was valid, well it got denied because I didn't have **** cents in there and so I called them Cash1 and they are saying I was only pre approved which is a lie , I beleive they were gonna fund me the 200 bucks and when the checking account came back and I called and they asked additional questions then they are saying I'm denied. All the paperwork I have after reading and if you read shows and proves nothing days PRE-APPROVAL and they do absolutely owe me ****** dollars plus all the grief and stress and I'm complentiting suicide because I only applied for such a stupid loan because me and my 80 year father ran out of gas in the desert of ********** ** wear we are currently camping and still stuck because someone broke out my truck back window and stole everything I had including wallet and 700 cash because my truck did lock but not my camper so when we went hiking we put Into the truck, anyway we were out of gas and water and truck battery dead so my phone is dying as I'm typing this message so by Monday I meen Tuesday because of Memorial day I might night be alive , neither will my dad, we could easily die of heat exhaustion or dehydration and thats what the 200 dollars was for and by law by contract they are responsible for this because believing I was getting it we ate our food up what was left and drank our water so I was gonna use the money for taxi to bring gas and battery cables for a boost also but now we are screwed because they are at Cash1 lying through their buttons, and they are all Chinese or foreign sounding and idk its all so sketchy and when they say **** cents I believe they might were gonna scam me out of all my cash

      I applied for a loan with Cash 1 on 04/30/22 and was approved for the loan. Contract signed and money was supposed to be sent via my bank debit card which I selected as payment. The loan was due 05/13/22, however I didn't receive the money. I called the same day that i applied for the loan and was advised since my loan was approved on a Saturday I had to wait until Monday for the payment. No payment that Monday either, I called and spoke to several customer service representatives who said a ticket was submitted for my issue. I was told a supervisor would get back to me and no one ever did. I never received the money and 2 days before the due date of the loan an employee contacts me and says the loan was canceled and I don't owe anything. Which I had already suffered a lost and late fee for not receiving the loan. Cash 1 failed to keep their end of the contract and has not responded to my email or phone calls. This company breached a written contract and is fraudulently doing business. As the consumer I would face legal action for not paying my debts. How can this company not be held to the same standards? I suffered late fees embarrassment, and stress on a loan I was approved for and didn't receive. Cash 1 should be ashamed and penalized.

      ************ is apparently a resident of **********, but "CASH 1, LLC" has no business or operations there. Community **************** owns and operates CASH 1 in the *******************.

      This company provides loans with predatory practice. They have taken payments after I thought I set up a new pay date. The mobile app made it seem that way. When I called the service agent was so cold and provided no real answers. She appeared to take it my concerns personally and made me feel small. I've paid more interest than my principle and they take full advantage of people who cannot qualify for better financial services.

      I have a loan from cash 1 and have been a customer for a few years. My payments have got a lot higher than I can pay due to each time they take out my payment I have to take out my available cash with them and now my payments are over 300 a paycheck and I am not sure how much I borrowed but now I owe them over **** dollars. I reached out to the corporate office a couple of times but the 2 people I talked to said they cant help me because I am not behind on my payments and that they will transfers me to someone that could help and each time they transferred me I was on hold for over 30 minutes each time and no one answered the phone. I then reached out to the local store the lady there said that the local store cant help me because of the type of loan I have but she said she sent my info to the regional director and that she would call me within 48 hours and this is going on 96 hours and no call. The local store states over and over about how I am in a contract which I know this but just need to see if I can be put on a doable payment plan. I was paying my payments and have never been late or missed a payment but I guess that doesnt count for anything. but when me and my wife got laid off during Covid and when I as able to go back to work it was slow we got so far behind on our bills and cant seem to get caught up. A couple of the other places that we have loans has worked out a payment plan but seems like cash 1 wants me to default on my payments so they can *** me. All I am asking for is a payment plan to pay off my balance and stop the interest. I can payback about 100 ti 125 a pay check. If I can get any help I may be forced to file bankruptcy. I just dont think its good business that a local store person says they sent my info to the regional director and then the director doesnt call to see how they can help us get out of this situation. The company I work for we are loosing some of our business and may have to get rid of some of us.

      On 12/9/21 I refinanced my loan to $2618. for a so called "lower interest" loan. The average daily accrued WAS $9. As of 12/19/21 to the present the daily accrued jumped to $14.27! Once I pay the contracted monthly amount of $452.14, $14 x 30 days = $420, meaning my balance due will only shrink by $30. Seriously????The company's intention for a senior on a fixed income is to pad so much that I have nothing left to pay down with. Consider this a warning to all future borrowers to steer clear if you don't want to starve.

      This company has taken money out of my account illegally on two separate occasions. The first time it happened, I called and talked to a young lady. She said it was the system. Basically the manager ****** called me and said she would refund my overdraft charges. She never did that by the way. She reached out because I wrote a review on ****** explaining that they stole money out of my account. To rectify that incident, they took me off of auto withdrawal which I didn't sign up for in the first place. From that point, they called me every two weeks when my payment was due. Then they send me an email where I go in and make my payment. I have looked through my emails. I can show proof for the following dates that they have followed this method. I make my payments on time. There are 3 boxes on that payment screen. The boxes ask if they can contact me, if I want autopay, or if I want to make a 1 time payment. I make sure to select 1 time payment every single time because they took money before without my permission. Fast forward to today, I wake up this morning to an alert that cash1 has taken money out of my account once again without my permission. I call them immediately. ****** tells me the system did it. Literally ignores the fact that her name is on every payment email that I receive every two weeks. It is extremely frustrating for them to keep stealing my money. My payment was not late. I have proof that I did not sign up for autopay. Please view the dates below. These are the dates that I have received the payment email and made my payments on time. Nov 12th Oct 29th Oct 15th Oct 1st Sept 17th Sept 3rd Aug 20th Aug 6th July 23rd Something has to be done about this. I genuinely want to pay this loan off. I having been keeping up with my payments. Making them on time. It is really disheartening to do everything im supposed to and they keep stealing my money. When will this stop? Please help me.

      I took out a registration loan the beginning of October 2021, they somehow put a lien on my vehicle. I paid the loan off in full Wednesday 10/27/21 they informed me that releasing it would be immediate however it takes 24hours. I called on 10/28/21 and was rudely told that because the payoff happened after 12 pm which goes to the next day it would then be released 10/29/21. I was upset by this but understood. I wrote a Yelp review highlighting my experience and received a call from their corporate office. The manager called me and promised that she too was going to be following up this should not have happened and she will be also making sure this matter is resolved and that she would be personally following up on the matter. Its Monday 11/1/21 and the *** states that cash 1 has still not released the ****** this is causing extreme money lost and severely impacting my financial situation as Im unable to sell the car that needs to be sold. Please help me. They have no right to do this. Not to mention a registration loan should not allow them to lien the vehicles ******.
