    To start with . **** is a first class company . Rating to me is better than 5 ??. My refrigerator quit working 3 weeks ago. With the ************************ experience I had from *********** on troubleshooting to finally getting my refrigerator figured out with their expertise from online live 1 on 1 phone calls . They are the most helpful people I have ever dealt with when needing ****************** to fix the problem . I since then replaced evaporator fan motor as well as condenser fan motor per *********** guidance. & a new control board from Apex.. The control board was promptly shipped to my house . Refrigerator is up and running again perfectly. I personally want to Thank *********** for all of yalls help on getting me up & running again. I couldnt have made this happen without your knowledge and help. It was a great experience working with yall to get my refrigerator fixed . I would recommend anybody to call on yall for any appliance needs. ..Thanks again *********** . Sincerely ***** B??

    I ordered two control boards. One for a Tappan oven and the other for a whirlpool washing machine. The control boards were shipping quickly, and the customer service was responsive when I requested that they ship the orders together. And they offer warranties, which says a lot about their confidence in their products. ********** control board worked great. The whirlpool control board didnt fix the issue, but Im not certain that the control board is the root of the issue. Ill be reaching out to see if they will send me another or take a return.Either way I will definitely be using this company again for my next appliance repair.

    A+++++++++++++++ Got my part today. Super fast shipping, part was well packed. Put the control board in my stove and it turned on with no problem. Thank you guys for everything!!!!
