    Their Website is False Advertisement or the Owners are lying about the time that they close their website says that they close at 10pm but when I go the worker in the store says they close at 9pm so their website or ****** should NOT be sayin that they close at 10pm, when in fact the owners shut it down an hour early at 9pm . I wasted my gas and my time driving over there because their website. Say they close at 10pm but tht is clearly a lie. So I want to file a report against them on that. As well as they be having deals sometimes like buy one get one free and some of the workers will NOT give me the deal with my purchase . I will see them give others their freebies with their purchase of the same thing I ordered but when its my turn and I ask if there is a freebie they say no I dont understand .. so overall I just wanna file a complaint on all that ! Thank you !

    I purchased concentrate (~$45) from Phoenix Relief Center (PRC) on 10/5/23 and found that it tasted terrible and like burnt matches/phosphorous I tried calling them and spoke to a manger there named ******. He advised they did not have a return/exchange policy but they would give me a pre-rolled joint (~$5). I explained there was a health concern here and that they could be selling this to other customers. They pointed me back to the vendor that had produced the concentrate & that I would need to work w/them on testing - meanwhile they take no accountability for what they sold me.There have been situations where dispensaries have contacted me regarding recalls on products and it is known this can happen regardless of initial testing or lack there-of. Dispensaries should not be allowed to sell damaged/unusable products and simply tell customers there is a 'no-return' policy unless we are able to try the product there onsite before purchasing and leaving.It's fraud.
