  This place is a major rip off. I found them on the Daxxify website as a provider who offers it . Just so you know Daxxify is the new neurotoxin that is said to last 6-9 months , unlike Botox which wears off at 3-4 months.Daxxify is twice as expensive as Botox since it lasts longer . I had my first visit and then I was told to come back in 2 weeks for a check in on it . At two weeks I needed a small touch up. Much to my surprise I was charged for it ! Never at any place have I ever had to pay for small touch *** within two weeks! I unhappily paid it and then was said to see where it is in 6 weeks . Well here we are and Ive got wrinkles coming back on my forehead so I called and they had me come in. The injector recognized I have movement and visible wrinkles and says well what do you want ? I said I want it treated . I then say will I have to pay ? And she said yes ! Let me tell you how much I spent $1200 initially , I was then charged $60 for the touch up at 2 weeks and Im sure had I decided to let let them treat me today it would have been another $60+charge . This place is very unprofessional and only wants your money and doesnt care if they arent using or placing the product correctly. And I guarantee they are watering it down more than they are supposed to. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else where the injector and owner actually care and want happy clients who refer people . Ive also contacted the manufacturer of Daxxify to make an official complaint about this place since they are listed on their site as a local provider . I hope this saves other people the hassle of going here for any services . Next up BBB complaint.

  This is the first time in 15 years of being in business that we have received a negative review like this. We take a great deal of pride in offering excellent service to all of our patients. At the risk of being redundant, I will post our response to your review that has already been placed on other platforms:Thank you for your review *************While it would have been best to have your concerns addressed while you were in the office, it seems you left the office before our nurse could discuss your case with our office manager.Regardless, I do think there was some misunderstanding. After assessing your treatment response, ****** felt that you lacked significant motion in your facial muscles and, in fact, did not require additional product at this time. Slight facial motion is normal and to be expected after two months. Resistance to neuromodulators can occur when patients are treated too often, so its best to wait until the treatment effect has worn off. Daxxify does last longer in most patients, however no guarantees can be made as treatment responses vary. This is clearly stated in the consent forms you signed.All of that being said, we do charge patients when they require additional units or request additional units, even if we do not feel they are necessary. Free touch-*** are only offered when correction is needed. In your case, no correction was necessary.We do not water down our neuromodulator products and I can personally attest to Paetons level of training and expertise.We did reach out to the manufacturer to alert them to your feedback. In the end, it is clear, however, that we are not the best practice for you. I do hope youll be able to find a practice that better meets your expectations.
