      Aqua Science did a good job and so far, I would use them again. The installation was great and very professional, and it works just as designed. They did a nice job making the plumbing look great and match my existing structure. My only issue so far is that the sales person indicated installation within a couple weeks and it turned out to be over 5 weeks, a long time in the middle of summer. This made me nervous as many of the reviews I read said they had issues with the customer **********************. Perhaps this was just a hiccup. They were not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. I am comfortable that I got a good product at a good price which makes me a satisfied customer....so far.

Purchasing a mist system in the middle of the mist season is always a challenge, as we have so much demand from new and existing customers. Unlike some companies that hire unskilled seasonal labor, we only employ fulltime, knowledgeable staff. This can create longer wait times, but we want to make sure that we provide the best possible outcome for our customers. We hope that you enjoy your new mist system!**** ******

      We have used Aqua Science for years. This visit was the best by far. Our technician was extremely cautious and did a great job. He explained the steps throughout the process while installing our new RO system. We are very happy withthe work that was completed and highly recommend Aqua Science. All techs should be as conscientious as the one we were fortunate enough to have.

      Although the original installation was sloppy and unacceptable Management responded in a very positive manner when I called and registered a complaint. At my request a different service representative was immediately sent out and did an outstanding job of correcting the initial installation. ***, was very personable, knowledgeable, responsive and competent. After the initial dissatisfaction I am very impressed and satisfied with the Customer ********************** response from Agua Science Management and the quality of the system and I am looking forward to a long and satisfying relationship with Agua Science and would enthusiastically recommend them to future customers. I believe more important then perfect initial work is the company response when issues are brought to their attention. My initial rating would have been 2 stars but was upgraded to 5 stars based on the quick, positive and cooperative response to my complaint.

      I feel Aqua Science was very fair in their product they sold me. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing he needed to do was schedule a time to come back and show me how the product works. To this day, I would rather have someone come and show me how the water softener works rather than read through an entire instruction manual. Other than that, they were great to work with.

      Hi ****! Thank you for the kind words and the review. As I read through the job notes, it doesn't appear that anyone was home at the time of service and install. Fortunately, the system that you purchased is very much a "hands off" unit requiring only that salt be maintained in the brine tank. Other than the annual or bi-annual service inspection, there isn't anything that you need to do as a homeowner. Let me know if you have any questions?       I HAVE BEEN AN AQUA SCIENCE CUSTOMER FOR 18 YEARS ,GOOD ************************ NEW ********************** REP CAME OUT TO SET UP OUR MISTER SYSTEM FOR THIS YEAR. JUNE 5TH. 2024. THE REMOTE I HAVE WILL NOT WORK,I I SPOKE TO **** IT WILL NOT WORH. HE SAID WALK AROUND TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOUSE FLIP THE SWITCH ON AND TURN OFF.I HAVE ALWAYS USED THE REMOTE .**** SAYS I DON'T WORK REMOTES ,I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEM. **** (MGR) SAID WE HAVE NEW FOR ABOUT $400. NOT HELPFUL. MY WIFE HAS PARKINSONS AND ********* ,I AM 87 ,BACK OPERATED ON 2 TIMES LAST 2 YEARS. WE HAVE ENJOYED THE MISTERS WHILE SITTING ON THE ***** WITH CEILING FANS GOING.I CALLED PACIFIC MIST,***** CAME OUT , **** APPERANTLY TURNED OFF THE POWER FOR THE REMOTE UNIT (NOT KNOWING) IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES IT WAS WORKING GREAT.IF A PERSON DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING,DON'T AQUA SCIENCE WAS RUDE

      **************** schedule his seasonal mist startup service with us on 6/2/2024. When our technician arrived at ******************** home, the customer asked the technician about using a remote for the system, but did not physically have the remote. He stated that he had one somewhere, but it was 18 years old. After completing the mist service, our technician spent 30 minutes trying to get the remote working without the handheld remote. Unable to "bypass" the system or locate the handheld, we finished the service call. After the technician left, the customer called back in and asked for more help with his mist remote. We sent another technician to his home (at no charge), but again, the necessary component wasn't available. We provided **************** with an estimate for a remote system to on/off his system, but he didn't want to our option. **************** then called in and left complaint. Our Operations Manager called back and discussed the remote issue. **************** explained that he had a box full of old remote control parts but wasnt sure which one was for the mist system. After working to identify (over the phone) what remote the customer had, it was presumed to be an old X10 system that we decommissioned 15 years ago. Not having any replacement parts, we advised **************** that our only option was to sell him a new remote. We also recommended that he try other service companies to see if any of them still work on or have parts for this antiquated system. **************** was only charged for the mist service seasonal startup, which was completed by the technician. Based on ******************** review, he was able to find the part to the remote and find a company to fix it. We are happy that he was able to get it resolved.
