This company took 28 days to build and powder coat handle bars, which is fine but absolutely no communication, their website says if you dont receive shipping information then it will take 2-4 weeks where as it should say out of stock or that they are on back order. You dont know any of that until after you place your order. It would be nice to know before the order is place if they are on back order or in stock. They aren't shy about pulling your money immediately when the order is placed, nice of them to use it for 28 days before we recieved them.

Your order was then delivered to you within the time frame provided via our website.We hope this information helps to clear up issues you may have making future online purchases, and apologize if a "Confirmation Of Order" email and " Your Order Has Shipped" email we not enough communication for you. This company took 22 days to build and powder coat handle bars, which is fine but absolutely no communication, their website says if you dont receive shipping information then it will take 2-4 weeks where as it should say out of stock or back order then the owner lied to me about shipping he told me that my package shipped Friday but it was late so ***** hasnt updated so I called ***** because they have to scan everything, ***** didnt have my package I received a message that ***** had received my package Monday afternoon, the owner straight lied though his teeth and he knows it so if he wants to do better then he should communicate with customers better and DONT LIE !!!!!!

Unfortunately, we were not able to get there until AFTER their last pick up had been made... which this information was conveyed to you from Another phone conversation...Your package was then picked up and scanned in whenever the pick up was made from the ************* location.************* location DO NOT Scan in your orders... the Driver does once the package has been picked up and scanned in... that Monday afternoon.While we frequently try to go the extra mile to get our customers their orders in a much timelier manner, this includes hand delivering parcels to **** Main and ************* locations once a pick up has been made at our business earlier in the day...it is extremely disappointing when a customer questions our personal integrity as well as the the integrity of our business... especially when their opinion and optics could not be farther from the truth.In closing, while it is disappointing that you felt that you were deceived in some way regarding the shipping of your order... we hope that you are enjoying your FXR Division Handlebars, and thank you again for supporting *** Manufacturing and Small ** Businesses.
