      Hello, I purchased a 2018 Infiniti QX30 back in May of 2023, car shut off on me twice in November 2023, car was towed to the location of purchase per the warranty to only stay there for about 2 weeks to be told that " Oh we do not work on this car at this location on American made cars you are going to have to get it towed to our ***** location." So i call the warranty company to get vehicle picked up and towed to ***** I had to pay $145 for that tow as it was out of the mileage that's free. Now here we are a month in and to be told, " Oh your going to have to get your vehicle towed to ****************** as we are unable to get the diagnostic done." SO another $45 later i think it was to have it towed. Get it to the ****************** dealership they had it for 2 weeks, that is 6 weeks no car but you still have to pay the finance company. Now here we are January **** car is down again due to Engine light is on, took to Auto Zone for the reading its an electrical problem. Call back the dealership told them what the Diagnostic from AutoZone said and was told that I will have to take to ***************. Now that will be a $400 deductible as the warranty is only for the dealership the car was purchased. My complaint is this we pay for warranties to cover our vehicle and not able to take car somewhere else with the lower deductible is not far. I would not have an issue in paying the $200 to Infiniti if the warranty would honor. I was told by management that they would reimburse me for what I paid over the deductible and Tow charges. I emailed them twice and no response. I have spoken to the finance company and due to this being twice if my car is not fixed within a month they are going to reach out to have the loan reversed and the dealership will have to give me my money for my trade as this is unacceptable. I will give them until the end of this month per the finance company to resolve this issues. I need my refund for what I have paid from previous issues resolved.

      I think i worked on ***** ks jeep wrangler. None of the complaints she had were related on the repair order. Avoid thd eyelashes

      I bought a loaded 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, 100K warranty and paid cash it was my dream car! it has now been in their service department for 1 month for the 4th time for the same electrical problem. The car will die on the highway in 110 deg and it happens every summer for the past 3 years. They keep replacing the battery and accessory battery. This time they replaced the alternator, battery, accessory battery and relays and it still doesn't work. They recently replaced the entire service department and the *** They have no idea what customer service is or how to fix my car! They have no rentals available which is provided by my warranty. The phones are always too busy to get thru and the phone admin will just transfer me to oblivion. I have lost 4 weeks of work because I have no car! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE LET ALONE A PIECE OF CR*P JEEP UNLESS YOU HAVE A DEATH WISH!

      I bought a used vehicle from this dealer, but it will be my first and last time dealing with them. During the test drive, I noticed the weak and insufficient cooling of the *** I asked if they would fix it, or else I didn't want the vehicle. They agreed and said they would inform me when it was done. Later, my salesperson texted me that they had fixed it and asked for a deposit to secure the vehicle. I put down the deposit, finalized the deal, and took the vehicle home. However, during my hour-long drive, I realized that the air pressure and cooling were still inadequate. The next day, I contacted my salesperson and explained the issue, suggesting they investigate it further or allow me to return the truck within the 5-day window. They assured me they would fix it and mentioned that it was part of the initial deal. Unfortunately, they couldn't fit me in until the following week, which was outside of the return window. Despite my reservations, I trusted them to make it right. I took the truck in, waited all day for a part replacement, but it made no difference. They dismissed the issue, claiming they had done all they were willing to do by replacing that one part. However, the original agreement was to resolve the ** problem, not just replace that specific part. Now, because I'm outside the return window, it's my problem to deal with, as they won't take the truck back. They're now citing it as a used vehicle sold "as is," but that was not our agreement. I'm left with a truck with poor ** in the middle of summer, and I'll have to figure it out myself. It's evident that their priority is making sales rather than building lasting customer relationships. Additionally, I nearly lost control of the vehicle on the freeway due to blown shocks on all four corners, an issue they neglected to fix during their initial inspection.

      If you have ******************************* as your finance person make sure you pay close attention to the paperwork your signing.Sticker price on the vehicle was 49k ended up financing 68k somehow. There was no trade in, so no negative equity involved.We should have caught it before we signed. But thats what we get for trusting a car dealership

      I purchased a vehicle from Autonation a year ago. Before purchasing I spoke to a rep named ***** and asked if the car had mufflers and catalytic converters which I have documented over text messages. As soon as I recieved the vehicle I noticed that it was louder than it should be so I put my car on a lift and there was no muffler or catalytic converters .And as far as I know it is illegal for a dealership in the **************** to sell a vehicle without catalytic converters. I immediately called AutoNation within 3 days asking tor a refund and mind you their website states that you get a 5 day or 250 mile money back guarantee. I ended up speaking with the ** who told me that I was out of luck since the car was shipped to me. I then told the ** that I was going to get corporate involved and he started to yell stating that since he was ** there's nothing corporate would do. I've called this dealership at least 25 times within the past year and everytime I call corporate I'm told that I will recieve a call back within 48 hours but I never hear back from them. I also have screenshots of every text message, call log and a screenshot stating I had a 5 day money back guarantee. This is my last attempt to reach out before I start a lawsuit.

      This service department is a joke. My car was towed there on a Saturday night. Monday came I called at 10am to verify that my car was there. They confirmed. I let them know I have extended warranty and really cant be without a vehicle due to Im a single mom of 3 kids I am their transportation to and from school as well as to and from their football games and practices. The man said he would do what he could he was filing the claim with the warranty as we spoke. And would get back to me asap. My estimate price to fix my car is ******* and I havent even had it a year. At 420 pm I called Auto nation to find out whats going on with car, claim anything. After being put on hold 5 different times and hung up on once I finally was told they have ***** hours to review my claim before I can get a rental. So then I called the warranty place they said they never received the claim invoice with all the things that need fixed. She told me they started at a claim at 930am and never sent over any other information. Well by the time this phone was over due to them transferring me to a different department 3 different times it was well over 515pm. At 730 pm I got a call from my adviser at Autonation telling me he would have a loaner car for me in the morning I would be the first person he calls when he sees one come in. I told him warranty place never got the claim invoice and he said I sent it maybe it didnt go thru he said he would check. Its now Tuesday and 330pm I have called multiple times trying to get some kind of response about the loaner car, claim or anything just wanting to have an update. I am currently on hold once again and I kid you not Ive been holding for exactly 34 mins I dont want to hang up until I file this review. Ive now got 2 kids so sick that I cant even take them to the dr. *** alone the one that isnt sick has been able to attend school . I just had surgery on my right foot and waiting for it to heal to get surgery on left foot. So I have no money

      My husband and I thought we bought a car on Thursday night. There was minor repair needed, we signed the papers and walked out. Saturday morning we received a call that the repair required a part to be ordered and that the car would be ready Tuesday. Late Tuesday afternoon we called, there was no return call, so my husband drove to the dealer. Come to find out, they sold the car on Monday! So unethical! No consideration, no professionalism! Avoid this dealer!

      This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I bought a 2013 Lexus ct200 h on July 25th 2022. I feel that I was pressured into buying this car. The price was more than I wanted to pay and I said that I wanted to go home and think about it. At that time the salesman went and got another manager to come over to talk me into the deal. Unfortunately I accepted the deal because I really wanted the car. The car wasn't ready until August 2nd. The manager had stated that they do a 125 point inspection on the cars before they give them to you. I received no paperwork, I signed All My documents on the tablet including the purchase contract and the loan papers. I received no paperwork. When I picked up the car on August 2nd all I received was a temporary registration and the key. I drove the car for one day and the check engine light came on. Also the brakes were making loud noises and the engine is knocking violently and shuddering upon cold start. A week later the check hybrid system light came on. I contacted the dealership and took it back to them. They had it two weeks, when I got it back it was somewhat better, but the day after I got it the check engine light came on again. It's been about a week and now the hybrid system light is on again. I dropped it off on Thursday to them, they said they can't look at it until this coming Tuesday. I have filed a complaint with the better Business bureau. Honestly I just want my money back and them to pay off the loan and be done with this and never have to see or hear from that dealership again as long as I live,. They are the worst. They should go out of business.

      I would give less than one star but then i would not be able to write this review. They say they do an inspection on the vehicle prior to the sale of it. So why is it when I bring my truck in that you tell me that the truck I just bought has the pads wearing unevenly and that's okay. You sell me a truck with locking lug nuts on it and have no way for me to get them off. This was something that should have been checked prior to the sale. This was just poor customer service. These are standards a small no name company may miss, but you are a true dealership where the expectations should be held to a much higher degree. The wait time to get the truck in to even address the issues was 2 weeks. When I did take the truck in the first day... first day.... they got the lug nuts off and replaced them with ones they had that don't actually go to the truck but to a Jeep. I had to then bring my truck back the next day to have the brakes looked at and to be told that they are wearing unevenly. So why was that not disclosed at the sale of my truck or fixed prior to me buying it. I bought the truck within 5 days to address these issues. Your telling me that when you do the brake inspection that if the pads are wearing unevenly you still pass it but don't disclose it to the customer, that's good customer service. What????? Seriously what is the point of doing the inspection if you don't fix the issues or disclose them to customers.... all your doing and saying yep we looked at it. That is sad from such a big named company.
