1 star1 star is 1 too many! Do NOT buy from this dealer! Worst experience I ever had with a dealer and I have bought 54 vehicles over the years.I negotiated a deal on a F150 Tremor over the internet $67,000 plus tax. Flew from ********** to AZ to pick up truck 11/15/23. Read another review on ****** from another guy in ********** they did something similar too. They said they weren't sure what taxes would be so they overcharged me and would refund me once the correct amount was calculated in 2 weeks. The total amount matched what I was quoted over the internet when I showed up so i didn't think anything was off. Drove home (5.5 hour drive), tire pressure was super low (31 hot, should be 35 cold so I had to find a place to put air in the tires) and wheels weren't balanced properly so truck vibrated all the way home. When I got home I also found out they never gave me the front license plate bracket. a couple days later I looked over the sales paperwork and found they added $677.25 to sale amount plus tax charging me $67677.25 instead of the agreed upon $67000. Called dealer spoke with ***** (salesperson), **** (mgr), **** (mgr), ***** (mgr) and **** (mgr). 2 Managers (***** and ****) both verified I was overcharged and promised that a refund check and a front license plate bracket would be sent to me. Everyone else said they would look into it and get back to me. Guess what? No follow up no return call, surprise! The first time ***** (Manager) verified I was overcharged and promised a refund, that was 12/11/23. **** (Manager) verified I was overcharged and promised a refund that was signed off by the *** and would be mailed out 02/26/24. Now it is 03/05/24 no check, no plate bracket and every time I call I get transferred and usually disconnected or hung up on. I have asked for the ** and never once got his voice mail. They shouldn't be allowed to have a sales license. I will update this "if" I ever see my refund check and license plate bracket.Review fromLawrence H.

1 starI wanted to describe the horrible experience I had with your service advisor ******************************I walked into service and was completely ignored until I walked up to his desk for which he ignored me until I said hello to him. He asked what time my appointment was and what Im bringing the car in for. He seemed completely unaware and unprepared despite me having made this appointment and speaking with him on 1/5 at 9:27 a.m.He then told me for the fixes of ************* climate controls for my 2022 **** Explorer and, the blue screen camera fix it would be a minimum of 5 days. I then proceeded to say you told me on the phone you could have it done the same day so it would be done by the next because I have kids and cant be without my car for long.He then said we have to check if we have the parts. I said the whole reason I made an appointment is because you said on the phone you had the parts in and ready to service my car. He claimed that I didnt speak with him directly and it was scheduling (not true)He then proceeded to argue with me several times throughout the conversation that scheduling spoke with me and it wasnt him when it clearly was him on the phone and that he had been locked out of his e-mail for a month and didnt send any confirmation to me. If true, you should fire your entire IT team if an employee cant access his e-mail after being locked and not reinstated immediately. He did not call and confirm the service appointment with me ahead of time to communicate this 5 days without my car but the reason why I scheduled out was because he said they could get it done within 2 days. He then argued with me about they dont have to do the recalls/programs if they dont have a safety s in front of the program. At which point I reiterated why he was wasting my time when I called him and spoke with him about parts availability and then time it would take to do the blue camera fix and retro fit my climate controls. His behavior was abhorrent.Review fromElaine W

1 starPurchasing my third Lincoln, an Aviator, at Camelback Lincoln was a mixed experience. I had been accustomed to exceptional service at my previous dealership but decided to explore options when I moved to *******.Trae, my sales associate at Camelback, was knowledgeable and had impeccable manners, likely shaped by his military background and upbringing. However, the dealership's service experience left much to be desired. After signing, **** scheduled my first service appointment months in advance. Soon after, I noticed an issue with the front passenger seat cooler. When I inquired if this could be addressed during the upcoming service, I was shocked to learn that all service work was booked months ahead, with a minimum wait of seven days.I opted for Lincoln's concierge service, including vehicle pick-up and a loaner car during service. However, as the service date neared, I received a reminder text with no mention of the concierge service or a loaner vehicle. Calling to clarify, I was told that no loaner vehicle was available, despite adding the service months ago, and my vehicle might be kept for up to seven days before examination. The advice was to "call another local Lincoln dealer."I reached out to Lincoln Corporate headquarters, as I believed this was a dealer issue. I wanted the manufacturer to know they risked losing a long-term customer due to dealership-related issues. Thanks to **** at Lincoln, I secured a service appointment with Fiesta Lincoln in just two weeks. They're going the extra mile by traveling from Mesa to ******** to pick up my car and provide a loaner vehicle, as promised by the concierge service. In summary, while Camelback Lincoln had some positives, the dealership's service experience was disappointing. I'd suggest exploring other Lincoln dealerships. My love for my Aviator remains, and I hope Lincoln's values extend beyond the dealership level.Review fromOleksiy M

1 starI would like to share my complaint to the public about Camelback **** and Lincoln. This complaint shows how Camelback **** and Lincoln (**** e. Camelback rd , ******* , ******* *****) mislead me with purchasing 2020 Lincoln Navigator VIN :***************** certified preowned vehicle purchased on 05/31/2022.I found a good deal - a used car with ***** miles on the odometer and the dealer assured me that car CPO (certified preowned and everything covered until ****** miles no matter of use ( commercial, limo service -all covered I specifically asked that question, because I was purchasing that car for my car transportation service ).On top of this they sold me an extended warranty for $2600 they call it HPP , that will cover again everything after ****** miles. I thought its safe to purchase that car I was wrong to trust their promises.Around ***** miles I noticed that the car transmission started slipping several times per day and I brought the car to **********************, *****************, *******, ** on 05/01/23 . When my car spent 30 days at ********************** and transmission has been disassembled I find out that CPO (certified preowned warranty and HPP extended warranty) declined coverage for my car, because its being used as a limo fleet car.I tried to call Camelback **** and Lincoln to get my $2600 that I paid for this non-existent extended warranty and have been redirected directly to extended warranty company that told me that they can pro-rate me and refund $1000 of not existent coverage since day onewhat a joke.I tried to get back to Camelback **** and Lincoln and ask if they could refund me the difference or I will have to complain to the **************** . One of the managers at the finance department advised me to go ahead and complain to the state, he didnt mind Looks like they are used to this type of situations with their clients.Review fromPeter T

1 star(Was told to "F*** off and Called an Asian Cun* by sales manager) Horrible horrible experience here, Dealt with Camelback Ford Lincoln "Sales Manager" *********************** And Bash, I tried purchasing a 2022 Kia *** Gt, and after negotiating the overpriced vehicle I was disrespected by trashy management and was told if I didn't like his offer to explicitly "F*** off and go elsewhere" by ****** since i declined his so called "todays offer". He had my car keys and drivers license and held on to them for 45 minutes after I tried again and again to leave and said "I lost your keys and license I don't know what you expect me to do about it man" when they were sitting on his desk when I tried grabbing the he snatched them out of my hand aggressively, I had to pull my phone out and threaten him with law enforcement to get this behavior to stop and get my keys back to leave, as I was walking away he he said "yeah walk away you Asian Cun*" I told them I would not give them my business repeatedly after the vulgar language and after they held me hostage at the dealership. I'm going to channel 3&5 news first thing in the morning and showing them the recording, ******** experience they lost my ***************** Never coming back! -******************* I will be submitting a report with a recording to the better business bureau as well as local news (channel 3 & 5) with my traumatic experience at this dealership with ******.Review fromBrittany S

1 starThe worst experience ever! Not only did they call me over 27 times to tell yes you are approved then again to tell me Im not approved. To run my credit and my co-signer socials just as many times they called me. The kicker is some how some way my Mother house was ran as collateral for a 2016 Acura!!! Completely unaware this happened until my mother calls me enraged! Call them on a conference call to hear them explain how this happens and they could not! Even hung up on me! I had to call back. Im so devastated from this experience I can cry. Not only did I waste a tremendous amount of time, damage done to my social security and my co-signer number, they have crossed a line and severed my relationship with my mother, I never want to go to any dealership in ******* after this! The icing is At the end of it all..Im still using public transportation on daily basis. Please do not go to this dealership! Ever!Review fromMichael V

1 star****************** is worse than awful. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Brought my vehicle in and ****** the service writer says we will not look at my car for another 7 days . I said but wait I made an appointment 3 weeks ago..His reply to that was no your appointment is only to see me and we are busy. I was Furious. Needless to say I did not leave my car. Called the service manager and of course he neglected to call me back. I have dealt with many new car dealers and have never been treated this way I don't understand what their problem is at this dealership. I can only assume they don't like warranty work and this is their way of discouraging me from leaving my car.Review fromWade O

1 starService manager and director at Camelback **** are very deceptive. I had my car serviced there, asked for specific services and they added service to my account which I had first questioned and did not approve. They carried it out service anyway after I told them not to do it and when we picked up the car we were forced to pay for it. When I talked to the service director ************* seemed to try to be accommodating but that was just a lie as all he did was try to justify the service to me on why it should be done even though the service was done two months previous. I tried to reason with him and he refused to give me a refund for the service. Very fraudulent. Secondarily do not trust any of their employees as they do not communicate and do not record what your exact needs are even though you put it in writing. I would never go back here again. You expect better service from a dealership.Review fromJuan V.

1 starBrought my truck in 6 months ago for engine rattling and hard shifting problems. Instead of checking for what I had complained about I ************** thought it would be a better idea to just do the recalls and if it still continued to bring it back in. My only problem with that is when I first took it in **** had my vehicle for over 3 weeks and did not offer any help with a loaner vehicle I was left on my feet.
