On November 8, 2024, I purchased 2 tickets to see Catch Your Breath at Crescent Ballroom in *******, *******. Psyko ***** Presents was the show promoter. The show happened on February 12, 2025. Just before Catch Your Breath took the stage, they announced the lead singer was unable to perform. They attempted to have the rest of the band play some of the set with a combination of no singer or various members of other bands performing karaoke (trying to sing the lyrics from songs they didn't know, using their phones to read them). Normally, when the headliner can't perform the show is canceled and full refunds are automatically issued. My order number is M3Y7HAL9K. The total amount was $60.71. If they would have canceled like industry standard practice, we would have also saved the time and cost of driving over 4 hours round trip to see the show. I sent multiple emails requesting a refund of $60.71. Crescent Ballroom ignored my requests. I will attach my ticket purchase confirmation. I can also provide video upon request of the trainwreck karaoke substitute they offered to a very disappointed crowd.
