Date of transaction: 12-4-21 Amount paid: $189.96 5 items were ordered and only 1 item was received. I have sent multiple emails with only the first one that I sent that they have was replied to. I would like to know if the 4 other items were shipped with the one I received. If you look at the weight of the package from the shipping it appears that there was only one item in it. I either want my money back for the four items I did not receive or I would like my other 4 items sent.Initial Complaint

Last December I ordered the super socket from superbrandtools.com and it never arrived. I tried to email them no response. They did not contact me once. The tracking package option was through a third party app called shop which I found was difficult to navigate and never once told me where my package was or gave me any tracking information. I spent over 40 dollars on the socket as a Christmas gift for my father. I was and still am very upset about it.
