The worst Medical experience I've ever had. After recovering from Sepsis I strongly urge anyone making a decision on hand surgeons to avoid this unprofessional clinic. I could write a book but please find a small practice with good reviews. The ** I had should NOT be a **. Her PA is just as bad. The head honcho Medical Assistant is incompetent ( to be nice). To say the least this place is a nightmare. I feel so badly for all the elderly that go there.

Terrible customer service. No one will EVER answer a phone or talk to you. Their "system" to make an appointment tells me to call and the circle continues. This has been an ongoing issue for the 6 months plus I have been seeing doctors and PTs. Very frustrating and staff appears to be just as frustrated. Terrible model for a medical practice.

Horrible experience, rude clerks, nurses, and even doctors. I would not recommend OrthoArizona to my enemies.

I had fractured my left pinky at the end of March and went to urgent care who recommended Ortho Arizona. I scheduled an appointment with ****************. They took x rays and recommended surgery. I had my surgery on April 10th. **************** had surgically put pins in my finger and I was wearing a cast. I was given pain meds and I thought my finger would be better. I was scheduled for rehab as well as follow *** with ****************. Well. My first rehab went ok. My finger felt better as I did the exercises given to me. My next appointment with *************** then **rays. He informed me that the bone in my finger moved and was now out of alignment. How did my bone move. I was wearing a cast and had pins in my finger. **************** had mentioned surgery again. I am not having another surgery due to his mistake. ***** az is now sending me bills but I have paid them in full. I deserve a refund because of **************** negligence. My pinky finger isn't in alignment. The **rays prove it

Had surgery at the end of October 2023. My insurance says my in-network doctor handles all preauthorizations. My OrthoArizona doc is in-network. Post surgery I get a $8600+ hospital bill for injections that aren't covered under my insurance. Called and verified that OrthoArizona didn't even ask about the injections for preauthorization with my insurance before surgery! I've exhausted all my insurance appeals (all rejected) and I'm still stuck with this HUGE bill. *** even tried to push me off to the injection supplier to see if there was something he could do. He couldn't help. Hospital won't negotiate with me. OrthoArizona refuses to take responsibility. On top of that, two business days before my surgery the doctor, for no given reason, changed my surgery location from a surgery center to the hospital which cost me an additional $1100 up front pre-surgery.It's been almost 8 months of stressing about this unexpected bill and it looks like I'm going to have to *** because they refuse to acknowlege their incompetence/oversight. Patient beware!!!

Do not go here. You are putting your health and bank account at risk., I went there to get gel injections for my knees. They did a prior authorization with my insurance and then called me and said it was 100% covered., They tape all their calls and said they listened to the call and it was exactly what I said they said. After the procedure I got a bill for $650. They said even though they lied to me I still have to pay it or go to collections. Now lets talk about the care I received. They PA did the injections and walked out of the room without even a word. They didnt even tell me I could leave. There was no care instructions given. I was in excruciating pain and called them two days in a row and they never called me back. They not only committed fraud they dont care at all about the patients , its an assembly line . Dont go here they are very dangerous.

Terrible! Forgot to call in prescriptions after I was in for the second time with same issue. Never got to see a Dr, only saw the PA. Staff was very rude. At the *** facility about 10 days later, they had me get in *** tube with my clothes on. When the machine turned on it was shocking me. I told the lady running the test, and she told me verbatim that I was imagining it. I stopped the test. She never once took into consideration that my jeans have a button and zipper. Poor excuse of a specialist. Would NOT recommend to anyone. All about the money, zero patient care. Pathetic establishment.

My PCP sent over a referral to OrthoArizona on Oct. 5th. I was told to call them and set up my appointment. When I called the agent said he needed a referral prior to scheduling. I told him that was already done and he said, Oh, there it is. He then scheduled me for Oct. 9th. When I arrived I told the girl at the counter who I was and that I had a 10 am appointment. She then told me she didnt have me in her system for any appointment and that they needed a referral sent to their data base so they can draw from. I explained that that was already done and she replied, well we dont have it. I called my referral ***** at my PCP and asked them if they could resend the referral since they were saying they didnt have it. As my referral ***** was re sending the girl at the counter said Oh wait, dont send it to the number I just gave you, we wont receive it and she gave me yet another number to use. My referral **** obliged again, all 18 pages. Then another girl slouched down in a chair in the side office, looked like she was playing a game on her pc, stood up and was going to take charge now. She said the way it works is you have to send in a referral first then we can pull from the data base and schedule you. I explained that that was already done and showed her my appointment reminder, from their company sent me via text and on my email. She looked me in the eye and said,Well youre doing something wrong! I just said thank you, and they arent the only orthopedics in ******* and I will be going elsewhere. No courtesy, Dignity or respect. I would highly advise going elsewhere. I dont know who put these girls in charge but whoever did should be looked at first!

My PCP referred me here since the pain in my shoulder has been getting worse over a years time. I was on disability because of it. I saw a Shoulder Orthopedic Surgeon, All the Dr. did was looked at old notes and the **Ray my PCP went over with me, and said he couldn't do anything. I didn't make the appointment to go over stuff I already had done, I made the appointment because my PCP said we needed a specialist to look into it further. They refused to diagnose, refused more imaging, refused to refer me to someone else, and gave me advise that made my condition worse. After begging for relief, he agreed to give me a cortisone shot, but said it probably won't help. My impression was he thought it was all in my head.My appointment was only about 10 minutes. There was a lot of stuff written on the appointment notes that was never discussed, never went over, and never recommended. The time of the visit was false. It took me about 5 months to get my records from them. They did send me records initially, but they left out the visit I was disputing. I did what they said, and my condition got worse. I got a second opinion with a different facility, and a PAC was able to figure out what *******'s surgeons could not. After seeing 3 other specialists, 4 including the **** they all confirmed my condition and were baffled that my condition got to this point. I have never been in so much pain, which only got worse after being neglected by *******. I am now looking at needing surgery due to this neglect and following their advice.I have filed multiple complaints with multiple managers, billing, and office staff. I have never been so mistreated by a medical facility in my life. Billing tells me to call the office, and the office tells me to call billing. I finally got ahold of someone that could give me an answer, and they said they refuse to refund the visit, even with everything that was discovered after they pushed me out the door.
