    I notified the company 10/20/2022 that a swarm of bees has returned to the hive that they did not remove the previous time they were at my house 5 months ago. This issue has been going on since January of 2021 and I've continuously have requested for the hive to be removed. On 10/24/2022 a tech came out just to say that he cannot spray the bees because it would just make them angry and that we'll have to re-schedule to have the hive removed instead. Now on 10/27/2022, the tech was scheduled to arrive between 8AM -10AM, did not show up and did not notify us. We've called numerous times and they will not answer our calls. It is not nearly 2PM and still no contact with the company.

    Our service technician did not have the necessary tools to complete this job on the 24th, so unfortunately it was rescheduled for the 27th.  The technician that day did not make it into the office and we had to have another technician come from their other route to complete this service on the 27th.  ************ was completed on the 27th and an additional follow up appointment was completed on 10/31.  Thank you

    I've been using Action pest control for years now and my Termite problem does not go away. They been eating away at my house and the service they provide not helping. Sending nice guys over for the service does not mean they do the work correctly. I have a manufacturer home and over the years I had none of them go further under my house than 10 feet to take care of the problem. They just try to spray the chems all over and never dig and treat the needed areas. Most of the time they just treat the interior walls and say don't call for 3 months.
