  On 11-23-2024 We hire Urban Desert to get rid of our rodents. They spent several hours supposedly patching entry ways to our home and then charged us $1,150.00 for their service and left. We notinced with a day that the rodents were still in the house. And we continue to notice that at least ONE VERY plump rat with a long tail is still making our home into his. We have contacted the business and they said because we did not pay an extra $400.00 for a smoke attack, they could not do anything further. We have set rat traps in a series of different locations in our home to no avail baiting them with everything from peanut butter to spice gummy drops to the good ole stanby soft pieces of American cheese. No luck . We bought a box trap from the ****************** and placed it next to one of he holes they traverse to get indoors. Trap is still emply. Just this morning, not fifteen minutes ago, one of these vermin climbed on top of the kitchen table where a plate of dog food was placed and was chowing down! Now we know what they like. Anyway, he darted off the table and under the refrigerator not to be seen again until he chooses. Meanwhile, every day and night we can hear this rodent scratching mostly now downstairs and not in the attic. While I saw the warning about complain about price and I would have no problem with the price I paid so long as the problem was alleviated. But it was not.

  We would be happy to come out and inspect all of our seal work at no charge to ensure that all entry points were properly addressed. Given the continued rodent activity, we recommend a smoke test to check for any possible plumbing issues that might be providing entry points for the rodents.
