Please look for another company. After spending over $******+ with Dolphin Pools I 100% regret that I went with them. I had several issues that came up related to Dolphin pool crews on my property causing littering problems and then damage to irrigation and cut lines and took photos and showed them. Dolphin Pools is absolutely SLOPPY. They talk big game at sales but they are not honest or genuine in service. Dolphin Pools will tell first time customers and now it all makes sense why they tell customers to write 5 star reviews to win a pool if you write a review BEFORE WORK IS STARTED for every social media platform you go on to as they say... increase your chances to win a free pool or 50% off your pool BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR POOL EVEN STARTED. I would like to see every winner they ever had in a three year history. Name them, post it on your website, do they even exist? All I know is I paid 100% ******+ without financing and they got there money, but I will never recommend this company to anyone. They will deny damage and come up with stories that will leave you discovering they have two sets of faces from collecting money to how they handle damage. Please Run and find another company, because Dolphin will leave you in regret with how they do business after they get paid in full.

To Whom it may concern: We regret the way ****************** feels. Pool construction is a very difficult process. We do our best and continue to work with our crews to clean up after themselves before they leave a job site. Construction debris is one thing, personal items is another. This project was recently completed, if there is any trash left behind we will gladly return to remove it. As far as the homeowners irrigation issues go. Unfortunately damage happens to underground lines as we are trenching for the pool plumbing and electric lines. This was covered with the homeowner multiple times at point of sale and prior to construction. This was signed off on and acknowledged by the homeowner that Dolphin Pools is not responsible for irrigation and underground lines. With that being said we are sensitive to these types of situations and have offered to make irrigations repairs for this homeowner at our cost, she has declined. As far as our previous promotional winners go, we have nothing to hide. We have been in business for 40+ years we honor our word and we stand by what we deliver to all of our homeowners. If you want to work with a company that cant communicate, this is the place for you. Once you sign the contact, they dont care what happens. They caused thousands of dollars in damage to our backyard under the pretense that some pavers might be damaged. Left exposed wires and cut pipes and then said its not their problem. They cut the pipes then covered it with dirt. The only reason we found out was because our trees started dying because it caused my sprinkler system to not work anymore.I have zero confidence in their work and my safety when things like exposed wires are left around water. The construction manager left and nobody notified me, Causing delays. The new manager never returns phone calls or emails. Absolute joke.Dolphin Pool Construction Co Inc

5 starsOur experience with Dolphin pools and their ***************** has been nothing but flawless! From the moment we met with our sales rep ****** through the end working with ***********************!! The greatest thing that I love about Dolphin is they were a one stop shop for us. They were able to coordinate everything. We met with others, and they just couldn't do what Dolphin could! They are always so quick to respond! We were kept in the loop, given very real expectations and always updated if there was going to be a delay. The constant communication and response time for questions made the entire experience amazing!!! Thank you, ****, ****** and the entire Dolphin family!!! We are over the moon with our new backyard oasis!! We are still on cloud 9 with our pool! We have thought about moving but our pool keeps ** here. 5 stars5 stars for Dolphin Pools! We've never had a pool so this was our first experience. Most companies wouldn't even come out for a consultation for 3 months or more but ****** came out within a few weeks, walked us through designs and features and answered all of our questions. Once construction started **** kept us informed throughout the process and answered all of our questions along the way. The ladies in the front office were always very helpful and quick to respond. I would gladly recommend Dolphin pools to anyone looking to build a pool! We are loving our pool!Review fromShelly K

5 starsWe knew that we wanted something simple but that met some unique needs for our pool and backyard. Working with *********************** made it not only easy but also fun to design what we imagined. **** listened to our asks and made them a reality. Even though at the time our pool was in progress there were challenges with concrete supply, they worked hard to keep ** up to date and to get us our pool in the best of timing they could. We had a lot of questions about the process and the next steps and **** along with the installation vendors were wonderful to answer our questions and take time to explain the process and what to expect. Our Pool came out exactly as we wanted and the baja step for our grandchildren is amazing. The hot tub with the spill over is a family favorite!Review fromKelly H

5 starsCouldn't be happier! This is our 3rd year since we've had our Dolphin pool and not a single complaint. Construction went very smoothly and was well managed throughout the whole process by ********** (******* was great too during the design phase). The build passed all city inspections with flying colors (which is saying something in ******) and we even had 2 small issues with dings in the acrylic and pebble-tech which were quickly resolved under our warranty with no fuss. We got quotes from a couple other builders that wanted 20k more for the same pool and insisted it was worth it just because it was their brand. I'm here to tell that's nonsense. Our neighbors built with one of those brands and it took 1 entire year for their build to complete when Dolphin had us swimming in under 3 months!! Only regret is we wish we had done a spa too, but we know who to call when the time comes!Review fromFabian and Rachel W

5 starsWe just passed our 1yr anniversary of our new Dolphin pool and hands down... one of the best investments we made for our new home build here in the ******* valley! We started the process during covid and valley wide concrete shortages but overall had a great experience starting with our designer ***************** who graciously came to our home and helped us design and plan our vision and a BIG shout out to *********************** for guiding us through every step, from layout, to digging, plumbing, electrical, concrete, etc... and making that vision a reality! 5 starsHad my pool built with Dolphin. Great transparency, reasonable pricing and excellent quality. 2 years later, my pool light went out. I submitted a warranty claim. They responded quickly, sent out a technician and resolved my issue. Things happen after the fact however the warranty process has been very smooth with Dolphin. My superintendent *********************** was great during the build. Excellent follow up and responsiveness.
