THIS COMPANY ALLOWS THEIR DRIVERS TO OPERATE VEHICLES WITHOUT CAR INSURANCE AND IS OKAY WITH THEM NEGLIGENTLY USING THEIR PHONES WHILE DRIVING. I have called multiple times owner has yet to take responsibility for employees actions

5 starsA couple of years ago my pool pump was failing, it was old and needed to be replaced. I also needed to have some tiles replaced. A team member from Poolman came over and gave me a quote. They did a great job! Not only did they do the repairs and pump replacement they made sure the pool was in great working order! They also changed the pool from chlorine to salt water which I really enjoy. Unfortunately I dont remember all their names but they were all friendly and professional even having it ready for when my grandchildren visited.Since then the company has taken over my pools maintenance with ***** looking after it weekly. The pool looks great, so clean with all the chemicals and salt water looked after. ***** is so friendly and knowledgable, answering all of the questions Ive had over the years.I highly recommend Poolman Aquatics for any of your pool needs!Review fromShawn G

Worst business model and customer ********************** ever. Ive only had these kids as a service since November and not impressed at all. Maybe a quarter of the time the baskets are not emptied. Backwash hose was cracked and they asked me to pay them $80 to replace a $20 hose. Thats a scam in itself. Just got off the phone with a ****** or ****** and they said they'll research a refund which sounded like a blow off. Total do not recommend this business. Non Responsive Business I left several messages for this company regarding maintenance on my Hayward Pool filters. They are non responsive and do not value customer business. I emailed them asking if they could at least acknowledge they couldnt provide the service requested and never received a response. I found another company to do the work within 2 days. Something Poolman couldnt be bothered with. I took my $400.00 elsewhere and also advised ******* to reconsider directing business to this companyIf you want prompt response/ service, find some other company as Poolman is not worth the effort.Poolman Aquatics Group

1 starBeen with this company for over a year. Given them several opportunities to rectify broken equipment, no show pool technician and over payment refund.Nobody answers the phone. I always leave a message, and no return call.Same excuses for a year. Poolman says they are working to fix the problems.I would never recommend this company.Review fromKelly F

1 starThis company is nothing but a pain in my ****. They were supposed to come out Wednesday. Nobody came. I called Thursday afternoon and was on hold for 45 minutes. Nobody answered. Im currently on hold today, Friday. Its been another 45 minutes and nobody has answered again. Labor Day weekend they were late also. Didnt didnt come Wednesday so I called Thursday and actually had someone pick up to my surprise. The guy rang the doorbell as I was hanging up. Same time, about 4:00-4:30 pm. They make sure they charge you but nobody answers the phone and still no show ! ??????Review fromPatsy Q

I have been a client if Poolman for +/- 15 yrs. 1)cleaning service has declined over the years to a point that they arrive do a few things & leave 2) their prices have increased that includes a $6 monthly fuel charge 3)if the tech submits a repair order, no one calls for 5+days ir the customer has to call & meanwhile your pool turns green which causes more problems. No one EVER answers the phone no matter what department you call when you want answers. Leaving a message is futile. Many customers have left terrible & disappointing reviews on Yelp. No one should have to wait and be ignored by a company who supposedly promotes great service. What a shame. If you are a customer, consider hire a better pool ********************** company!!!!!Review fromSara M

1 starPLEAST DO NOT USE POOLMAN!!!! BUYER BEWARE, HORRIBLE POOL SERVICE, LACK OF CUSTOMER **********************, YOU CAN NEVER GET A PERSON ON THE ***** TO RESOLVE ISSUES, VERY SLOW RESPONSE TIME TO REPAIRS, THEY LOSE KEYS TO YOUR BACKYARD OFTEN, WAY OVER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU RECIEVE!!!!I have been a Poolman customer for 10+ years. I would give zero stars if that was an option.They started out great but the past 18 months we have had the worst experience ever (just like many others). We get emails stating the services was completed when we know it wasn't because the tech cannot get into our backyard because Poolman has lost the key to our gate for the 6th time and I refuse to pay for another lock for their convivence. In addition, there are no tabs added to the floater and our cameras show no one in our backyard. Not to mention I received a phone call from the tech this past Friday letting me know he could not get in to service the pool and I would need to call to reschedule, but we received yet another email that stated the services was completed, and he added three tabs to the floater, which was empty when I got home Friday night.We also signed off on a check valve replacement and paid for it 3 weeks ago and it is still not replaced so our spa does not work. The Tech told me 2 weeks ago that the part was in so I should be receiving a call to schedule the repair but so far nothing.I could go on and on with the issues we have been having with Poolman but I don't have enough time in the day. I am writing this review as I wait on hold to speak with someone so far I have been on hold for 45 minutes, no option to leave a message or a call back, just music. I bet they will be quick to respond when I ask to cancel my service!Please DO NOT USE Poolman, WORST service ever!!!Review fromJason W

2 starsMy service is not as promised. They keep lying and not fixing what they say. I have the tech on camera saying he did the work but it showes him at my house for 2 minutes. They show up sometime and still charge me the full price. I can never get a hold of them when I have a problem. Customer ********************** is just horrible.Review fromRichard D

1 starThis company is absolutely no good, I have had for the pass two years. Their service is sub par. The excuse this week was the service tech could get in the gated community while two pool clearer was there, they never called me or their office to get directions to main gate. Whe you call them you are on hold for 15 minutes the cleaner overrode the pump with a know leak in the salt cell. I would give them no star
