On May 13, 2019, Arizona Registrar of Contractors filed an Initial Appearance for complaints filed against Victor Omar Covarrubias Jr. Charges filed allege Victor is in violation of state law prohibiting theft, taking identity of another and contracting without a license.
Victor Omar Covarrubias is alleged to have operated under the business names of: Abrasive Pool Industries, Agua Azul Pool Service, Covarrs Pools LLC, Aqua Marina Pools LLC, Aqua Marina Pools & Landscaping LLC, AZ Finest Pools. He is alleged to have received a total of $104,665 from homeowners looking to received services in landscaping, pool repairs or pool builds.
On May 13, 2019, Victor Omar Covarrubias Jr, was arrested by Phoenix Police Department’s Neighborhood Enforcement Teams.
The matter is pending.
