The WORST HOA I have ever experienced. Extremely difficult to communicate with and simply does not do what they are paid to do.

City Property Management Co. Worst that I have had to work with as a Condo owner. I doubt they read the CCandR’s and know very little as to how to manage properties.

Unresponsive Property Managers. Never answer Resident calls or emails. Wasteful of Homeowners Assessments.

This is one of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with! I have emailed them 4 or 5 times regarding an issue with a wall that was built by the developer and they refuse to answer me! They keep telling me I am in violation of this wall, but we did not put it up! The developer did! It is so frustrating trying to deal with them. Multiple homeowners in our development have problems with them respoonding. Awful!

CPM has lost our community hundreds of thousands of dollars, put our safety at risk, and is negligent time and time again. Weve been trying to work with them and be patient for over five years but they cant get their act together. Fill of lies and taking advantage of our hard working community members. Never use them!

Disgusting! Close to a year of trying to get some answers and an issue addressed with no luck. Very poor efforts in communication with their members. Will make sure and request a change in the next meeting.

City Property Management does not address service needs. I am a property owner on one of their properties that they manage. We called them Friday and sent a service request Fri afternoon, but they had already closed their office. We called the after hours line, and let them know the ceiling is leaking and they said it is not an emergency so they will not send anyone to look at all weekend and can wait until Monday. We do not know if it is due to plumbing or roof issue. If plumbing then they will send someone. It is not my job to assess if it is plumbing or roofing as I have no idea. It could also be a safety issue if wires are getting wet. Either way it is an emergency as water is dripping into a bucket and causing damage to my ceiling. Getting someone out to look at this and assess it to help minimize damage is critical. But it is not an emergency to them. I pay my monthly HOA funds for this great lack of service and caring. This is so unacceptable!! i would not hire this company.

An absolute JOKE of a management company. I am a property owner in a complex managed by "City Property Management Company." They don't manage anything well, especially interactions with owners. ***** specifically told me that my maintenance request for gate that wasn't functioning properly wasn't real since no one else had called/e-mailed/complained about it. Her attitude was in direct correlation with my request of a free remote so I could avoid having issues with the gate in the future. She was incredibly disrespectful and LIED to me about no one else having complained about the issue. Funny enough, I took a video of the issue and e-mailed it to her and her tune changed. Go figure, they'd reached out to the company with a work order for the gate. Absolute trash employee and company all around. It's like this company literally asked for people who don't give any care at all to apply so that they can continue to be as miserable and horrible as possible. Better yet, we have an ongoing sinkhole problem that they are claiming is the homeowners issue, because THEIR insurance claims were denied since THEY never did inspections. Lied to the community by saying they didn't know the tanks existed. Which doesn't seem to ring true since they've managed the complex since it was built. This company is negligent, dishonest, a fraud, and any other horrible term you can think of. DO NOT BUY A PROPERTY IF THIS COMPANY MANAGES IT.

City Property Management in ******* is horrible! They are destroying our idyllic lifestyle. Taking the name Resort out of our official condo names, taking doors off postal shacks, changing locks on bathroom doors...all unnecessary and destructive activities. They do not respond well when asked for help. They are rude and disrespectful to owners. They have been complicit in helping the ************* blow through our reserves. It has got to stop!

I own a condo who's HOA is managed by City Property Management. If you can call collecting money and doing nothing managing. When I first moved in i received a violation notice for trash outside my condo, due to the previous owner, i hadn't even moved in yet. While CPM was quick to send me a violation notice, they completely ignore maintenance requests/health code violations themselves. Pet waste bins are constantly overflowing. When I submit maintenance requests (as is their procedure) they go un-actioned. Months ago CPM re-surfaced the parking lots. There are alot of renters in the community and CPM did not notify them of this project. They make you register your renters so they must have some form of contact information on file for them. As an owner I received emailed about the plan to re-surface the parking lot and which areas would be blocked when. The majority of the complex did not; this resulted in a slew of emails, again just to the owners, complaining of 20+ cars in the the area they planned to work on and stating they would start towing cars. How hard is it to put up a sign? I called and received alot of pushback from the phone agent regarding notifying the entire complex about this project.Another complaint is always about the hot tub/pool not being maintained year round. This one has turned in to a lost cause and I only use the pool/hot tub a few times a year now.
