      ***** and TC in the ******** office are committed to making life as difficult as possible for residents of the property, constantly sending threatening emails, hanging notices on doors threatening unfounded violations, possibly even entering residents' apartments at their whim to fine fine fine them There is zero consideration of the tenant, only fining the individual and making life miserable for them, whether threatening to tow their vehicle, complain their child was enjoying the pool, or discriminating against pregnant mothers and those who have invisible disabilities.

      I am writing to formally address the ongoing noise and smoking disturbances caused by my neighbors in building one. According to the terms of my lease, this apartment building strictly enforces quiet hours and maintains a no-smoking policy. However, my neighbors have consistently disregarded these regulations.Upon our arrival in the first week of April 2024, we notified the leasing office of the issues concerning smoking marijuana and cigarettes. Presently, we are encountering persistent noise disruptions originating from the upstairs unit. These disturbances include the sound of children running, loud banging, and hammering, continuing until the late hours of the night. Additionally, there is a pervasive odor of marijuana and cigarettes within my apartment unit. This situation is exacerbated during hot weather when we are unable to utilize the air conditioning, thereby intensifying the odors emitted from the vents. Furthermore, they have been improperly discarding their cigarette ashes on my unit's patio. Please refer to the attached photo for visual evidence. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We wanted to let you know that *****, our community manager, has addressed the issue with the cigarette butts and excessive noise from your upstairs neighbors. You should have no further issues with this.We are working on the next steps for finding the culprit of the marijuana smoke and hope to have this issue resolved soon. This can take some time, so we request your patience as we figure it out. I do need to clarify that Ascent on Peoria is not a smoke free community.We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, and we will use your feedback to assess and improve our services.
