    Adjust Pros Solutions and NERD Restoration where walking around my neighborhood offering their business to everyone and at this point I could say I fell for their trap. We talked about getting my roof repaired and that they were going to help me with my insurance company. Signed paper work, insurance company sent a check for more than 7000 dollars, I paid the 1000 dollar deductible. After that didn't hear from anyone for months this was around Aug/ Sept of 2024. I beginning calling to ask if everything is ok no one responds to my calls. I lose coverage with my insurance company and no other company wants to offer coverage until the roof is repaired at this point. Till this day all I get is a maybe next month we can start, I've been getting that same response since January. I call and they give me the runaround's and can never get a response from anyone. I've called both Adjust Pros and NERD restoration they both point fingers at each other and never give me an answer. My roof needs to be repaired before it gets worse, it rains and it leaks now which it didn't before. I just want a full refund of the check and my deductible so that I can get my roof repaired with another company.

    The company replaced my roof with no problem however they detached my solar panels and until this day they were left without producing energy causing my electric bill to be higher for a whole year. Recently they have contacted me saying that before detaching the solar system was not producing but this information was provided a whole year late and if that was the case I need to know that information before detaching the solar panels and also my electric company is saying that in the past the solar panels were producing and that the reason my bills were low or nothing in some month. Adjust Pro sent me a letter asking for money and threatening us that lack of payment will result in a lawsuit and that it will be our responsibility to pay not only them but all the cost for this lawsuit. All I need is for my solar panels to work properly again and for them to collect the payment from the insurance company since I pay my fare share of the deductible.

    This has nothing to do with our service buti did reach out to the contractor and this is what they said: 

    We removed the customers solar panels to facilitate roof repairs and subsequently reinstalled them once the roofing work was completed.
    According to her, the system has not been producing at the same level since the reinstallation.
    A tech was dispatched to the site on 8/20, and based on his assessment, the system is producing during the time of the visit
    However, since we do not have access to her monitoring data, we are unable to verify production through the Enphase app.
    We gave her instructions last year, she was supposed to contact Enphase to request the transfer of monitoring access.
    As of now, the transfer has not been completed.
    I recently spoke with her and reiterated the same instructions. She agreed to contact Enphase and will follow up with us once that is done.

    On June 2023 I hired AdjustPro Solution to fix my roof. Everything was going great until they stopped coming. Nothing was fixed and nothing was started physically on the house. On December 2024 a new company came in to fix my roof. Gave all my information down including insurance. To my surprise with in a few days they called me to let me know insurance was payed out for this issues. Nothing was notified to me nor my roof was fixed. I called insurance and they told me that they had formally payed for this issue and it was fixed on there end. Insurance recommended me to filled an official complain and contact them directly. I called Adjust pro and because of the contract they told me that they could only return 70% of the insurance money. We came into an agreement on January of this year that they would fix me the roof and call it a day. On February 22nd they send over a company called **** that is affiliated with them to fix the roof. I choosed color, texture and they said all they needed was $1000 of the deductible to get started. I payed them and until now I havent heard anything from them. I keep calling them and reached out and they just keep giving me the round about. Is now April 1st and nothing has been fixed.

    i have been under contract with AdjustPros Solutions for a year and 5 months at this point. according to my insurance company they had one year to provide me with a new roof. nothing has happened. they are requesting more money and more time.

    The date of the transaction was June 28th 2024. The Estimate was received on January 14th 2025. Policy # is **********. The date inspected was 7/24/2024. I don't know what is going on. I called my insurance agent - **************** @ ************ and asked them why am I receiving this information and why are the checks sent to my address with the payee Adjustpro Solutions and ***** *******. He did not know and he is looking in to it and will get back with me. This is very stressful and I think it's FRAUDULENT.

    Mr. ********* roof was built 10/10/24, Depreciation and supplement check (for work that was done or needs to be done) was sent to ***** with his name and our company name on the check. Mr. ******* is owed a refund for work not preform by us, and he would do that work on his own. But we need to collect the funds for the work that was preformed before we can issue his refund, unfortunately we have had difficulty getting in contact with Mr. ******* to explain this to him. Please let us know of anything else we can assist with in this matter, Thank you.

    Date Adjpro solutions came to my home 2/21/2024 asked if I had damage from the hail storm on 8/31/2023. I said yes, we started a claim.Adjpros received a check from Liberty Ins. on 3/2024 $ *******l I kept calling and was told they were trying to get more money for the damage. This was for months. finally on 7/9/204 I called and talked to **** the Supervisor to close this case. I talked to **** and he explained I would only get 70% of the $ ******* I agreed and said I just wanted closure on this. The amount I was to rec. was $*******. I was told they even had already cashed the check when I called Liberty Ins. The dispute is I would like my check for $ ******* I only got the run around with this company and made many, many calls to them. I finally talked to ***** ***** and he was trying to help me from AdjPros but he too started telling me they were not getting back to him aswell. Thank you

    We signed a contract on March 27, 2024 for a new roof. Our insurnace company approved the claim and paid Adjust Pros $10726.17 and $2887.50 on April 23, 2024. We paid an additional $4644.00 on June 28, 2024. We have no new roof, no return calls, no return of our money. We have called, left messsages and we get NO response. We do not know where to turn to get resolution. We need our roof replaced, as it was approved by our insurance and already paid for.

    Trying to get in-touch with the adjuster assigned to the claim (file moved to different adjuster and is very hard to track him down), we got a revised estimate for a full roof replacement in late july but the insurance did not extend the tolling date to collect depreciation. Which is very usual, but i have been personally calling, leaving messages and emails. Once i talk to the adjuster i will provide whatever adjuster may need to extend the tolling date for the claim.

    I have talked to the insurance adjustor and he has not had any communication with Adjust Pros. Why has this taken so long? Why has your company not returned any of my phone calls nor contacted me once during the past 6+ months?

    Although we are happy that we are finally being updated on what's going on, we still do not have any resolution. We have not received a build date and until the roof which was paid for months ago is replaced, we are ***** of it actually being completed. We would love nothing more than to have the services we paid for finally preformed.

    I started my roof claim back in October of 2021 and had a contractor but unfortunately that contractor was unable to start the job. During the same time AdjustPro knocked on my door and offered their public adjuster services. My insurance company is travelers and they paid $5,219.52 to AdjustPro and cashed the check on 05/2022. I signed a contract with AdjustPro on 12/21/2021. I have been in contract with AdjustPro for 2 years and 9 months without my roof getting repaired. Now I have been unable to renew my insurance and no insurance company wants to insure me. I have also incurred additional damage to my house because my roof is not fixed and it leaks when we have rain. The cost of materials and labor has increased and my roof replacement will be higher. Nahum from Adjustpro visited my home in July/2024 to tell me that he was the one in charge and that the previous employee was not working anymore. ***** said that Adjustpro was really busy and my roof was going to be fixed in a month. Nahum insisted on selling solar panels and that they were going to be financed. ***** was also asking for payment and in my mind I was thinking how do I suppose to pay for a service that has not been completed for over 2 years. AdjustPro wants to unjustly keep 25% of $5,219.52 which is equal to $1,304.88 for nothing. My roof is not fixed, supposedly they have been working on my roof for 2 years and 9 months. Adjustpro communication is horrible. The only reason I was able to get answers is because I went to their office in person on Sept 20, 2024. My home has more damage because my roof is not fixed and no insurance company will provide me with insurance. If AdjustPro cannot follow their own contract for 2 years and 9 months that is considered a breach of contract. Right now I am at risk of losing depreciation from my insurance company because AdjustPro has not completed the job.

    After winning a full roof replacement for you through your insurance company, we noticed that the insurance company was still undervaluing the claim. This is where the delay started. We sent your claim to Appraisal(a third party that overrides both us and insurance companies) to try and get the insurance to pay more. We did win more in the appraisal process, however it was not much, but the appraisal process does extend the timeframe of a claim quite a bit. Once all negotiations were complete, the contractor went and sat down with you in July of this year to finally get your roof built. After doing some research with them, it turns out that you were supposed to pay your deductible to them, but that payment never went through, so the project was put on hold. You were offered solutions and an expedited build, however you refused. The offer to help and expedite your build still stands, please reach out to us if you would like to go that route.

    Adjustpro Solutions was going door to door. I answered the door and began to speak to the salesperson (possibly ******* *****). I informed him I was looking to get my roof repaired but was not interest solar panels. I also told him i was not looking to spend alot of money and he informed it would be about 18k and i could finance that amount for the repair. He did not inform me of the terms of the financing or who the financer was nor did he provide me with a copy of the agreement to review prior. He told me what was contained in the contract and had me sign and he would then click next to move to the next term for me to sign. while signing the contract on the tablet nothing prompted or informed me of the the charge of 90k. I then received an email of the contract about 38 days later not from adjustpros but *************** agent ******** ***** which then contained the total amount of 90k. I attempted to reach out to adjustpros on 8/12/24 but did not receive an answer, also attempted to contact ***** with no answer. Called three times that day and someone answered. at that point did not have answer and would reach back out to me. no one reached out to me and i had to reach out to them on 8/15/24 she gave me a breakdown that did not add up to the 90k but added up to 62k. however, this amount was still way above the agreed contract amount of 18k.

    In January, the results of your claim came back repairs below deductible. We continued to work the claim but was unable to increase the claim or extend your claim coverage, as a courtesy our roofing vendor met with you to give you a price to replace your roof. Adjustpro is not a roofing contractor or a solar company, we are public adjusters that manage the insurance process. To our understanding, your agreed to purchase a solar system and a new roof replacement with a third party contractor. Apparently you are having frustrates or issues with what you agreed upon with your contractor but that has nothing to do with Adjustpro or our the service we provide. If you could remove your complaint with us (being we are not responsible for your current situation and have no ability to help), we would greatly appreciate that.     Ive received the response from Adjust Pro Solutions.******* ***** identified himself as an Adjust Pro employee and came into my home representing Adjust Pro, therefore it does not negate the fact that ******* was representing Adjust Pro Solutions. I want to make it clear that a roofing vendor did not come meet with me to give me a price to replace my roof.I solely met with ******* ***** on June 26th, 2024 when we discussed the contract and price of $18,200 for roof replacement and 13 solar panels then and only then. We were not aware of any other third-party contractor as ******* did not share that information with us. Adjust Pro should be held accountable for Zacharys actions on shady business practices. We will not be removing our complaint,as the community should be aware of ******* ***** and Adjust Pro Solutions unethical and deceiving business practices.

    We are Public Adjusters, not contractors. Adjustpro attempted to help **** with an insurance claim for her roof, but unfortunately the claim was totally denied. We let our preferred vendor (roof & solar contractor) know, So they sat down with **** and she agreed to a contract for her roof to get done as well as getting solar for her home. We have nothing to do with that contract or the work involved, again we are only Public Adjusters NOT CONTRACTORS. We recommend **** discuss these issues with her contractor, we have received a review and an AG complaint from **** (so far) and we would kindly ask for this to be removed. Thank you

    their ***resentatives have lied to us all the way through this process. They claimed we needed a total ***lacement of our roof due to the severe hail storm that came through. after being inspected by our homeowner insurance inspector. it was only eight tiles ! There was other damage to our house NOT related to the roof too. after the homeowner inspector came out a ***resentative from Adjust pro solutions came out. we at that point said we didn't want to go any father with their company since it was not a whole roof ***lacement like they stated that they were seeking. My homeowner insurance had sent them a check for ******** made out to "ME- (my ************** pro solutions". the Adjust pro *** told us, " that he would file the termination for us and that we would receive a check for ******** based on the following calculations . Roof-$96.87- front south elvation-$1626.67 ( plaster and window damage) -right east elevation $1838.50 -left west elevation$1358.25 -and their fee of $1453.84 for "so called" service so far rendered.(They did NO ***air to our roof) ! leaving us $3392.29. and that we should see a check within two weeks. two weeks later we called as we had not received the check, and was notified that they had not received a termination letter and that we had to summit one in writing which we did July9th 2024 and was told at that point that it could take up to eight weeks to receive a check. The eight weeks expired Sept 3rd 2024 and we still have no check !!! I have parerwork to verify all the facts stated above.

    I will make sure the refund check goes out today, and we don't charge for our services unless the policy holder chooses not to do the work. Then at that point we take a 30% fee which is agreed upon and signed in our contract agreement. sorry for the inconvenience, but i will again make sure your refund is processed today 9-6-24
