I was told it would be $525 in impound fees (in addition to the 1200 tow fee) when picking up my car. When I called shortly after getting the release information no one answered the phones, so I called a bit later and said I will come wherever they say right away. I was told by RMS that they were busy and would not release my car until 3.5 days after I was approved but I would still need to pay $75/day in fees for it to sit in their parking lot while I wait for them to be willing to return it. This is very much a set up to force customers (whom are already in a tough spot financially and obviously without a vehicle) to pay double the cost in order to increase their profits.

Our vehicle was repossessed by this company, we paid to get it back. We have an all wheel drive vehicle and the tow man didnt use dollys or a flat bed, instead let the vehicle ride on the front two wheels literally blowing apart our entire rear differential. We have been contacting this company for weeks trying to recieve basic information to charge them for the repairs but the manager keeps dodging us and wont give ** any answers upon sending them a diagnosis and video of our car. This company is located in **************, ********* but couldnt find that option.

RMS repossessed my truck two months ago, I was not home when this took place so the only information I got left was a torn piece of paper stating to call RMS but they left no number on note. I searched online and found RMS phone number so I tried calling probably a hundred times, it stated for vehicle redemption to set up appointment online. So I go online and it ask for vin to see if they have vehicle first to no surprise it says they don't have my vehicle to contact main office.... but offers no address to mail no phone number to call no email no nothing, there site was the worst thing I ever seen. So back to square one I called and called no one picks up phone and it tells you to make a appointment online which it is literally impossible to do so, I've been trying to reach someone for months and i truly feel like I was a victim of a crime and I believe they are doing illegal business and stealing and taking from people. I now have no vehicle and was never given the option to get it back, RMS is a scam and robs people.
