I am very happy with my new rugs. The sales person that came to my house was very nice. Did not rush me in making a decision. I used express flooring since I moved here. The people that installed my rugs were very professional. They moved the furniture and did a wonderful job.

On 10/19/2024, I signed a contract with ***** ****** for the installation of porcelain tile in my ***** sq. ft. home, with floor leveling included. At the time of signing, I was told there would be 0% interest for a yeara claim that turned out to be a false. I have been paying for work that is not finished as well as before it was installed. They have had workers that dont even work for them install flooring. No leveling was used at all. A inspector came out but they are not addressing the issues that include more than the labeled tile that the inspector noted. Every room in my house has chipped tiles and Im unable to put my furniture back in my house because of the horrible job done. They are not supposed to use your bathrooms, which they urinated on my floor and toilet. They dont call back even when they say they are. Two days in a row we called twice a day with no call back. We are done with them. I have contacted the ***************** with all my evidence and Attorney. They should stop wasting peoples time with untrained disrespectful so called contractors and their workers. The ************************ needs to remove their contract in *********. Express Flooring needs to stop saying they apologize and fix the business they promote.Express Flooring should be ashamed of:1.Allowing unauthorized workers in my home 2.Breaching their contract 3.Delivering horrible workmanship 4.Avoiding accountability I hope this message serves as a warning to anyone considering working with this company.

We had a great experience with Express Flooring. The phone staff was very knowledgable and helpful, and the salesman who came to our house worked to figure out what was best for our needs to meet our budget. They offered next day install, however we could not accommodate that schedule so we opted to wait a few more days. They were more than happy to work with our schedule. The installer showed up on time, was friendly, cleaned up as he went - there was never a mess anywhere while he worked, and he did a great job. Carpet looks great!! No complaints at all here. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again, no question.

I had Carptand some wood flooring installed a couple weeks ago. I was originally told that it is NOT a 3Rd party that does the install and I was told that a coating will be put down under the carpet to help with moisture before the padding is played down. I was lied to about both. A 3rd party contractor didnt install and no coating was layed down. And now Im having problems with the wood they installed..they did call me back and told me they are sending an inspector to come look. But the inspector cant fix it. I dont have time to keep taking off work for their poor workmanship.,I asked to have whoever came out to look at the floor also be able to repair it. This whole time Im trying to express my concerns the **************** lady , her name was ****** continued to talk over me and not letting me speak at all. She was extremely rude and dont need to be in customer service. Im very upset about being lied to and now this problem. It has only been 2 weeks since the instal. They wont come out on Saturday when Im off even though they are open and do installs on weekends. They refuse to work with me. They just want your money and thats it. I will never suggest this company to anyone. I will say the two that came out to instal , not connected to express flooring were nice gentlemen.,but again, it wasnt supposed to be a 3rd party to start with.

Provided good carpet samples to choose from, excellent installation of carpet, looks perfect, we love the new carpet colors and 50 yr warranty!

********* company. Red flags. And more. Maybe ok with flooring work. But it's just car sales with flooring. They try to get as much as possible from you.

Price quote was fair. Work was great. Product looks fantastic.

Express Flooring and the installer did a great job. Good price. Attention to details so it looks very professional. The installer found active termites so I had to get that taken care of first. The baseboard had to be replaced which they did at no extra cost. I will always use Express Flooring for any future jobs.

Great service! Guys moved all the furniture and got my master bedroom and closet fully tiled in two days! Would definitely recommend Express Flooring!

This company is one of the best companies Ive ever worked with. Their crew was terrific! clean, fast, polite, and they knew their stuff. They moved some heavy furniture back-and-forth very carefully. And best yetI cant even find the seams in my carpet. Their sales man was very knowledgeable and helped me make the financially best choice. I would definitely use them again. *****, finally a company that really rocks.
