      On August 18, 2021 I purchased rubber floor tiles from this company along with some floor sealer and cleaner. The sealer and cleaner arrived promptly. The tiles cost approximately $134 plus tax and the shipping on the order was $50. I was told the tiles could ship as late as September 22. I have called the company twice and both times was told the order was in the process of being shipped from the manufacturer. The second time I called I requested a refund because it was over a week past the latest possible ship date. I received an email stating the order would ship within a few days but still it did not ship. So I sent another email requesting a refund if the order didn't ship within 3 days. They finally sent me a tracking number saying it had shipped on October 4 but 10 days later the tracking number still does not indicate anything was shipped and I have not received the tiles, almost 2 months after I placed the order. I have demanded a refund yet again.

      Tracking information shows now that it is in transit and your shipment will be delivered on Sunday Oct. 17 via FedEx.

      Purchased Crash Pad as a donation from family owned company, to sponsor local Cheer Team. Delivered the wrong item.IMPOSSIBLE to get into contact with anyone, except one person who replied stating, "the item was delivered. Are you saying it was not delivered, or it was the wrong item?"......I stated it outright in the SUBJECT LINE; "INAPPROPRIATE ITEM DELIVERED." What's more, I ATTACHED a copy of the ***** report! The item delivered was 1/2 the weight it should have been, PLUS MUCH SMALLER DIMENSIONS. Obviously, took ZERO TIME to actually READ what I wrote to them. Never got any call back. Phone line loops. Online Chat Feature just sends you to email. I asked what WAS delivered... The Coach recommended this company, and I asked if they received it, because their crash pad was DUCT TAPED. I was like.. why is it still duct taped? I just bought them a new one? The Coach, honorably tried to protect them, saying, it was better than having no pad. Extremely poor service. AVOID THEM.

      ON LINE ORDER. Ordered rubber flooring from this company on Aug 24, 2021. At no time did they ever indicate how long it would take for product to arrive. I've called them and did an on-line chat with them and they keep putting me off, now telling me it shows a NOVEMBER arrival date. First while on Chat they tried to show me an invoice that said 6-8 week delivery, this is not on any of my receipts. Plus 6-8 week is not NOVEMBER. They immediately debited my credit card for the full amount, $457.92. I called today, *************************************************************** put you on hold while I do that paperwork. Of course she never came back on the line, 15 minutes later. I have emailed them to no response. Below is a cut and paste from my email receipt. you can see it says SHIPS Aug 30.       Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, I.E., Actually get my refund to my credit card,  if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I placed my order with rubberflooringinc on their website on 8/23/21 for 131 , 1 MMA mats. My order number is ******* and my purchase total was $2,362.01. When placing my order on 8/23, their website advertised 2-day shipping for my order. On 8/24/21, I checked the status of my order and it showed an estimated shipping date of 8/25/21. On 8/27, the estimated ship date had then been CHANGED to 9/23. I immediately called and was told that the order had processed and that it was a computer error. Representative assumed my order would be out for delivery the next day. On 9/1, I called to get an update because again, their computer error prevented me from checking the status online. I was told that my order had been shipped to the wrong customer and they had to wait until it was received at their warehouse before shipping it to me. On 9/3, I was told they still didnt know where my order was & I was told to just wait. It is now 9/7, and I was just told they still have NO INFORMATION!

      1. We issue a credit of $200 and Once the return is completed we can reship to her if there is no damage or loss.
      2. If you can wait until the product is back in stock at the end of this month, we will ship it for you and We issue a credit of $200.
      3. We can cancel the whole order and refund it in full.
      4. We can offer you a similar product that is in stock and can be a quick ship and We issue our highest discount on the new order. I'm here to assist you in finding the right product for you.
      Once more, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. As for your request for a 50% refund While we are unable to provide a refund at this time, we value your business and would like to offer you $200 for the delays that you encountered.

      I am currently working with the manager ****** on this issue. After speaking with him just yesterday evening, he admitted that they have no idea where the package went or is located. The fact that it was delivered to the wrong address does not justify nor relieves your company of any liability.

      Website shows a 25% off deal. I ordered samples. I got an email re: ordering after receiving samples and receiving a 28% discount. No mention on either discounts re: can not be combined with other discounts. Proceeded to place an order page and when I applied the 28% discount code, it only gave me an additional 3% off to the already 25%. EXTREMELY misleading and deceptive. I called customer service ad the response was, "I completely understand, it is confusing." I want what was offered. 28% after receiving samples based on price shown online.

Our website has a 25% discount on the products currently. In this case, your coupon would give you the better of the 2 deals which is 28% instead of 25%, which is why you see that bump of 3%.       Nowhere on your website does it claim that there are two discounts. It shows the 25% discount only. After placing an order for samples, there was an additional 28% discount offered. Never, and no mention, of choosing between one discount or the other, OR  Does it state that the discounts cannot be combined. Extremely misleading, and I believe on purpose, and deceptive. I called customer service to discuss it, I was told by a very nice young lady, that she understands that it is confusing but it is not up to her. She says that other people have been misled by this also. If a company knows that it is misleading, and deceptive, and continues to use such practice, it shows what kind of campaign they are. I will not be using this company and will make sure everyone I know understands how deceptive and misleading this company is. I will be posting negative reviews anywhere and everywhere I can find A place for them. I understand companies make mistakes. Every company does. But it has long been my belief and practice Do not judge a business by the problems they have, but rather by the way they fix their problems. So that is how I will judge this company and why I will leave reviews to properly show the consumer to be aware.
