  Very Dissatisfied with the replaced roof job and skylight that was done by "AllPhase Construction" 5/25/23. 2/1/24-Skylight leaked through ceiling into kitchen area,2/24/24 repaired leak, and it took two different times 3/22/24 and 4/3/24 for the repair roof leaks to be completed. We are still waiting to get the interior ceiling around the skylight repaired 9/25/24, its been going on for months and the company will not return our calls or attempt to schedule the repair work. I am going to look for another contractor to fix our interior damages left by AllPhase incompetent and disregard for completed contract/project and then seek legal action against AllPhase Construction for reimbursement to cover those costs. I highly suggest anyone reconsider using this construction company for your property repairs, maintenance or roofing needs.

  This is the top worst company that i have ever contracted for! since day one that i started my claim i have been given the run arounds starting from their sales rep all the way to the office. up to this date I'm writing emails asking for updates and still not able to get an exact date on when my roof will get done. i have had other storms hit my home and my roof just keeps getting worst but seems like Allphase don't care about their own customers. besides given the run around they also been giving me excuses about people getting let go from the company and changes in the office. that is understandable but a company should stop working for that reason and but all their customers on stand by. i was given a new sales rep and the first ever conversation i had with this individual when side ways he didn't like me explaining what the first sales rep had told me he went on to screaming and yelling over the and he even cursed, used fouled language, at me. when i reached out to allphase to explain what kind of conversation i had with the new sales rep they simply said "he is not that type of person and we will talk to him" and didn't believe me. this new sales rep even threatened me to *** me but yet i still have very little communication with this company. i have emailed them plenty of time asking if they are going to do my roof and no answer just like when i ask for update.

  The worst experience I've ever had! We had hail damage. I foolishly signed a piece of paper which they said had to be signed for them to deal with the insurance company. The insurance company came out, inspected and gave a check for new roofing material, straitening of the ** vents, a completely new roof on a non attached storage room because the existing roof was out of code. Insurance also gave me money for a few different build *** on the edge and in low spots. There was a cable that ran across the roof, which was nonfunctional. I asked them to remove it before applying new material. I paid them some of the money upfront and a few weeks later they sent out a guy who rolled new roofing material on the house. He painted the cable onto the top of the roof with roofing material. When I brought it to their attention, their solution was that the guy would come back out and build up more material over the cable which would have caused a pooling spot on the roof. They would offer no other solution, such as taking the cable up and re-applying the material. While all this was being worked out, I received several phone calls from their office manager, who was the most unprofessional person Ive ever spoken to. She was demanding that I give them the rest of the insurance money. She used profane language, called me names and threatened to have me arrested for insurance fraud. When I pointed out to her that the roof on the storage room had not been done and the air conditioning vents had not been straightened, and the buildup on the edges and low parts was not done she said they didnt want to do those jobs and they will deduct it. So basically, I paid for a guy to paint one coat of roofing material on my roof, which I wouldve done myself. I bought a tool to straighten my ** vents myself. They also threatened to put a lien on my house if I didnt give them all of the money.

  WORSE COMPANY EVER!!! I had to tack down my tar paper myself after the storm in the scorching ******* sun the following day, another roofing company happen to drive by and see me (a lady) on the roof doing this work, he climbed up the ladder and said he can tarp the whole roof down to prevent leakage till it gets fixed.. I told him I already had signed contract with allphase construction he said then why arent they up here protecting the roof from further damage from rains and wind , thats their job! I said really? They went on and told me I can cancel the contract within 3 days from when I signed. I called Allphase up and the person I signed said they would go to ********** and get it a tarp and get it tarped ( wrong type of tarp thin and the cheapest). the next day the wind pulled it up .. he came back out with who he said was the owner and they tacked it back down. This happened in July4 2023 till now Oct 20 2023 .. the tarp has shredded to pieces scattering all over my yard and neighbors yard, its rained 5 times since, fast forward they asked for a deposit of of $2000, I said for what? You guys havent done a thing, she said they came by yesterday and redid the tarp so I went by my rental after the phone call , I took pictures. They havent done a **** thing then they hang up on me. I called them back they wont let me speak. They said OK well then were gonna cancel your contract, but were gonna bill you for the tarp. NOT THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO YOUR ROOF!! Glad they canceled they are a JOKE!!

  Allphase did go out and  tarp ********************** roof. She has been very hostile and hard to deal with during every conversation we have had with her which includes a lot of cursing and screaming. I will attach the photos of the tarp we installed on her roof at the time we were out doing the inspection. She wanted to cancel her contract with us and we felt that would be the best decision due to her hostility but we did explain to her that we would have to invoice her for the labor and supply costs to tarp the roof.
