            I made a reservation with them and they never answered me when I called, they never take calls and only sent me messages to collect the remaining money, it was paid by the method that the host requested, never in a secure way that did not seem like a scam, the host always claimed that it was to avoid incurring the fees that the platform generates but if you cancel you lose your deposit, they made me wait without a response and they asked me for payments by paypal or cashapp and with different accounts, what the application offers on the Internet is a lie, I sent proof of my payments and they never answered me, I asked them for help or for someone to contact me and nothing, it is the worst platform to do business and they do not verify their hosts, they do not even help you with a secure method to pay efficiently and they generate unnecessary worries in one, they should not allow them to continue operating for such poor service
